"What did they say?" She knew rumours would spread following her attendance at the party."They say you are his kept woman. Some claim that the White family was bankrupted and not low-profile. You made a turn back after hooking up with several wealthy men," Kevin replied.
"Anything else," Emily did not want to waste her energy on the meaningless discussion.
"Yes, the few contacts you seemed to gather at the party might not pull through. There are other rumours that something is wrong with project nabot, which is why Sky group broke off the partnership. Because they have already signed the contract, they could not voice it out because of a clause in the contract," Kevin replied
"Oh," did you find out how these rumours started?" Emily was more interested in these rumours, which affected her work and company.

encounter sexual harassment in the future. These stupid men would justify their actions with the fact that she is not decent to begin with.
"What should I do? Even if I refused these words in an interview, do you think anyone would believe me?" Emily shook her head as she took her seat.
"No," Kevin knew that her words did not count; even if she brought out evidence, some people would assume it was fake.
"Rather than listen to gossip, get the lawyers to sue those managers, I want them to pay the compensation as stated in the contract," Emily said. She knew that the piece of information she pulled out some time ago would make it difficult for them to land a good job, but she did not stop there. Since they dared to drag her on the internet, she had to tell them what it means to be a spoiled brat.
"Yes, ma," Kevin nodded and walked out of the room. Emily shook her head; she knew that even if she raised the money to fund project Nabot, ABM would not let her work on it. They would find different ways to make it a failure.

"I am okay; I just heard a bit of disturbing news," Emily said. Project Nabot was no longer in her hands, but she wanted to ensure its success. Moreover, she did not want him to think that she handed over the project so quickly because it indeed had some problems.
"Does this news have anything to do with me?" Samuel knew the answer to the question. He knew that Emily would not bother to call him unless the information was related to him.
"I guess," Emily replied and informed him of the rumours about project Nabot. she did not think it was necessary to mention the stories about the two of them.

"Yes," Emily answered; Samuel had proposed helping her launch her products in country Kay's market.
"So..." Samuel had not been as happy helping someone before. To him, doing this was okay, as long as he would have a good reason to call her or see her soon. He could not explain why just yet but knew he wanted to be close to her.
"I will appreciate the help, " Emily could only accept. At first, she had given the excuse that she did not have the resources to push her brand to other countries. This was because she was scared Samuel wanted to use the opportunity to draw the line between them.
