"Sir, we received a mail from the Ministry of Science and Technology," Greg reported.
Eric raised his brows; he was surprised to receive a mail. Although Annabel informed him that the proposal had been pushed to the president's office, he did not expect such a swift reply.
" What did the mail say? " he asked.
" it is an invitation for a physical bid," Greg replied. Eric frowned his brows when he heard this. Indeed the ministry had allowed other companies to send in their proposal; this was only for record and following due procedures.
There was never plans to hold a bid. "what date?" Eric asked. Since it had already got to this, he had to make the needed arrangements. He was swift when making decisions, so whether the bid was for real or just a show, he needed to put in the effort; after all, it would be too obvious if ABM won the bid, but their presentation and proposal were faulty.
