Justin's Diary Today
"Are you sure you don't want to eat anything?" Alison asked once more as she handed me the lobster her friend roasted.
I shook my head, pushing my palms in front of her in refusal. "I do not want to eat. Please, stop offering anything."
"You haven't eaten anything since this morning." She raised her voice. "Even when I eat, you don't eat."
Because I don't eat with my wife, Alison. I chose to remain silent, watching the people in front of me pass by. Some of them went inside, realizing that the clouds were getting thicker and denser, ready to drop raindrops.
"Okay then," Alison finally relented. "I'll just go in."
"I followed later."
