The only logical reason that answered my question at the time about how Justin could have included the bouquet of roses and the note was that he was the Student Council president. Like now, he opens lockers for Jordan High School students to check monthly with the other Student Council members. I just watched him busy with the board members and the teachers. Many rumors say that there is a drug addict in this school. It scared me half to death. How could Jordan High School which is famous for its strict rules have a drug addict? I shudder in horror at the thought of that. What if that user gets around me and acts crazy? Usually so. Many drug addicts are acting crazy in this world.
