Chapter 4 - Anna Gregg

A blonde-haired girl dashed towards them, yelling Triston's name.

A striking young woman running towards him is Anna, her long, blonde, curly hair tied back in a bun, drawing attention to her strong and charming facial features. Her hazel eyes sparkle with intelligence and confidence. Anna's physical appearance is equally impressive. She has a well-defined figure, with a sizeable and shapely backside that commands attention. Her modest breasts, which are an almost E-cup, complement her curves and add to her overall allure.

She wore a stunning white dress, a delicate gown cascaded from top to bottom and featured a neckline that gracefully revealed the majestic gown worn beneath it. Her dress's delicate, corset-like tied fabric covered her stomach, which was broken up by a light leather belt worn high around her waist. The dress opened up wide beneath the leather belt, revealing the dress beneath. The front of the top dress fell generously to the ground, while the back flowed a good distance behind her and ended in a broad tip. Her sleeves were extremely long and a little wide, and their flow was broken up just below the elbow by light, elegant bands made of the same fabric and color as her dress, watching Triston with concerned eyes.

"Triston, what happened? Are you in pain?" She became terrified.

Unconsciously, he nodded in less than a second.

Anna exhaled a deep sigh.

Before his death, Aarav had never been in a relationship. He was a diligent student who graduated from an all-boys school, but he had no chance of succeeding in love in college, as law school was too hectic with their study materials only. He consequently had relatively little contact with women. The sole glimmer of hope in his hopeless life came in the form of Anna, who was so captivatingly beautiful that he could never have imagined being with her in the real world. He was happy and a little shy to learn that this young, attractive woman, who looked to be in her early 20s, cared about him.

Like a hopeless romantic, he questioned, "This is what they call first love?"

[She is already engaged to that red-haired man, and she is also five years older than you, so don't even think about it.]

'Age is no barrier. It's a limitation you put on your mind; love is what counts most in relationships. A heart yearns for what a heart yearns for.'

[Cringe!]

[From where did you steal that cliched line?]

His look abruptly shifted from hopeless romantic to young men in rage. "Again, I ask: Aren't you being too casual with me?"

[...]

'As expected, No answer again.' he pondered.

As Aarav was debating with the thing that called itself a Wind spirit but sometimes act like system, he saw Anna stand up out of nowhere and return her gaze to a red-haired boy with angry hazel eyes. "How dare you hurt him?" she yelled in a raging tone.

"Why are you yelling at me? I'm your fiancé!" he countered.

Anna squinted in anger.

"That half-demon asked for a beating," he continued.

Before he could complete what he is saying, the cluster of air particles began to circle Anna like a cyclone, putting too much pressure on people in a stable. It eventually became difficult for those around her to even breathe. As she approached Austen with fiery eyes, he collapsed on his knees and oozed blood from his mouth, his hands circling his throat. The pressure emanating from her made it difficult for him to even breathe.

Aarav muttered, "So, that's what magic looks like, huh?"

[She is using wind magic to manipulate air particles around her and create pressure on targets. She seems quite talented for her age.]

"Wind magic huh! quite fascinating.", "Wait why did you always ignore me, whenever I ask something about you?"

[I've already told you that my memories are sealed, so why do you keep pressing on pointless things and keep bothering me? Did you eat something strange for breakfast? Why can't you just solve the problem in front of you instead of questioning me?]

He groaned. "Chill man! I was kidding, Wait! You should be aware that I was transmigrated into a body of a boy named Triston. Then, how am I supposed to have breakfast when it was only around 30 minutes ago? You self-claimed system!" As he continued, he became enraged, and they continued their banter.

A few minutes later, Anna shouted, as the air particles around her settles down, "Consider this your final warning AUSTEN ATWOOD; if you attempt to hurt him again, I will kill you, even if you are the eldest son of the Atwood family," while staring at his miserable plight.

Austen was enraged by the scenario, but he knew he couldn't compete with Anna. As a result, he didn't exaggerate the situation.

"Sooner or later, you're going to be mine, and then I'm going to kill your boy toy right in front of you," he said in a cracking voice.

"Boy toy? Am I her lover?" Aarav wondered, his face turning red.

[I guess your definition of boy toy is messed up.]

Anna brushed past him and dashed towards Aarav. "Are you okay, Triston?"

He nodded, and she assisted him in getting up by offering her shoulder for support. Aarav decided to leave with her after taking her arm.
