After the entire fire incident had been settled, Petra retired back to her office, feeling drained and stressed out from having to evacuate almost the whole patients from the block where the fire had taken place.
She removed her lab coat and hung it back to its place, and took her seat appropriately with her eyes close, reminiscing back to the event that had occurred in the ER. She was still trying to process whether or not Ismail meant what he said.
There was only one way to find out, and that was by having to examine the content of the syringe. She opened her eyes immediately, realizing that she had kept the object in her lab coat, but was shocked not to see there any longer.
She began to check all through the ground in her office to know if it had fallen, but there was still no sign of the syringe.
