ROBIN P.O.V
Sitting in the living room of my apartment, I had decided to observe silence as a mechanism for keeping my thoughts and mind at peace when a call disturbed me.
Bloody hell! Can't people be less of a nuisance? Why would anyone choose this very moment to disrupt my peace?
Checking the Caller's I.D, it was anonymous, and it certainly got me intrigued. I picked up almost immediately.
"Hello?" There was a second silence before someone spoke.
"Greetings, detective Robin!" I already knew the voice to be one from Mayor Johnson. Why had he chosen to call at this very minute?
"May I know why you are calling Mayor?" I wasn't a fan of the government, but I knew I wasn't a rebel either.
"I believe you have a TV in your house, isn't it?" I wasn't expecting our conversation to begin with possession of the tangible property, but regardless I replied.
"Certainly, and why do you ask?"
