A cold sensation snapped me out of my slumber, or what it seemed to be. I opened my my eyes and found my head submerged in a tight space. pulling out my head I immediately took heavy breathes to replenish my lungs of the oxygen it was lacking.
"what in the world. . ?" I stared at the wooden bucket for a brief moment after taken by surprise by a loud neighing. It was a horse, but why the hell was there a horse in my roo— Realization struck me like lightning as I looked around my surroundings, I wasn't in my Room. I was inside a barn stable where the stench of animal waste ran rampant.
I blatantly recalled that I fell asleep just before this weird incident happened. "Is this perhaps a dream. . .? but the cold sensation of the water felt so real" After a brief moment of shock, I was finally able to compose myself and decided to leave the barn stable. Suddenly, a series of memory came flooding inside my head accompanied with an excruciating pain. I grunted as I bent down one knee to the ground before placing right hand on my forehead while the other was on the ground to support myself.
"Argh. . .what is this? these memories flashing inside my head. . ."
In the memories, I saw a man and woman hugging each other with their back in front of me. I could guess that they were still in their twenties with enough credibility. In the memory, all I could hear was Inaudible voices of them shouting to the man who was fairly tall and muscular, he had broad shoulders, white hair and was pointing a sword with a gem on it's rain guard coating the blade with a red-orange hue Aura at the two of them. They seemed to be pleading for mercy, the woman then suddenly turned her head back towards me, her eyelashes was all wet from the tears that was flowing from her eyes down to her cheek. "Klein you must—. . ." just before she could finish uttering what she was trying to say, two heads fell on the ground. I could blatantly hear what I was shouting in the memory, "Mama! Papa!" I stared at their headless corpse on the floor as tears flooded down both of my cheek. Raising my head, I looked at the perpetrator in front of me, I locked eyes with the man who decapitated the two of them, his eyes was seems to be filled with satisfaction and enjoyment. A smirk was plastered on his face as he turned his back on me while approaching a door.
"Enjoy your Excruciating death puny child" his words was filled with his hubris. The last thing I saw in the memory was when his sword seemingly coated with fire slashed on the plywood wall of our house as flames began to engulf everything within our house, then, the man was gone.
It took me a minute or two to regain my composure, I wasn't even aware that I was crying. No, these tears and emotion weren't mine and I know just a way to prove it. Standing up, I ran outside the barn stable and made my way to a nearby River just a few yards away. Kneeling down just beside the water, I checked my reflection only to see a different person. Black hair that seems to cover both of my eyes as I look down on my reflection, Slightly swollen eyes with a blue Iris from all the crying and a Nose that I could only dream of. "This isn't a dream isn't it?" Conflicting emotions filled me, if this was indeed like the novels I've Read where the Main character got somehow Transported or Reincarnated in another world, then an Entity has granted my wish. Even so, I wasn't yet convinced that this was Real and not just a dream.
"Well, there's only one to find out"
I took a Rock that was submerged under the water, it's edges were sharp enough to successfully open a wound. Taking a deep breath, I placed the sharp edge of the Rock on my thumb and made a small cut. I felt a sharp pain as Blood falls to the ground from my open wound. My attention was then caught to a rather familiar sound becoming louder and louder, I turned my head to see an old man pulling a wagon on his back with three sacks that was filled with something who knows what.
(I could get information about my situation if I help this gramps. .) I said in my head.
Feigning Benevolence, I stood up from my position and slowly approach the old man. He was short and sickeningly skinny, he was definitely having a hard time pulling the wagon. "Let me help you there old man" the Old Man briefly stared at me before letting go of the two protruding handle where he pulls the wagon. "ahh. . .thank you, my back has been killing me from pulling this from my farm all the way to town. . ." I went to the fron and turned my back from the wagon as I placed both of my hands to the protruding handle. We then started walking our way to the nearby town.
