"One-two -three.
Again, one-two three…."
Adriana was exhausted, if she had known dancing was this hard, she would never have agreed to coming with Diane.
Diane danced with ease without showing any form of tiredness. She managed to hold until the dance lessons was over.
Adriana was dying to go home, and so she walked ahead of Diane and Aaron.
"Bella… see you tomorrow"
"Yea right." She rolled her eyes.
"Ady wait up!"
Diane hasten her step to meet her.
"So, how did it go?"
"How did what go?" Adriana asked as though she didn't understand what Diane was talking about.
"I mean the dance lesson".
"Oh, it was okay… but I'm never…coming here again". Diane was confused.
"Why, you don't like dancing?". Adriana stopped walking.
"I know you like dancing, Diane but I can tell you that dancing is not for me. I prefer doing homework, research and whatever that has to do with a book, not dancing."
Diane chuckled at her friend.
"That's why you are a bookworm, worm."
"Anyway I'm happy you took me outing, if it wasn't for you, I would never have found out about a place like this."
She smiled and embraced Diane.
It's been more than six months now and Ady still enjoyed her classes in peace.
There was no one bullying her in class. Petra never spoke to her or Diane again, but she's always attached to Rafael.
Rafael, on the other hand, treated her like she didn't exist, which was good enough for her. If her life could be as peaceful as this, she would never have to worry about anything, even though she was a lowlife to many.
At least she has her best friend, who was more than a thousand friends.
Ady was in her room studying as usual when her father came in.
"How's my baby doing?". She was surprised to see her father because he was never home.
"I'm very okay Dad, I thought you'd never come home again".
Ady embraced her father tightly.
"I missed you, my princess". "I missed you too, Dad.
Ady's father was one of the pack warriors stationed at the pack's boundary, so she hardly saw him.
Her mom worked as a maid in the pack house.
"Adriana, I have something to tell you".
She could notice her father was nervous about what he wanted to tell her.
"Okay, dad, I'm listening".
He heaved a long sigh before continuing what he wanted to say.
"Well, Alpha Panther requested I bring you to the pack house to start doing your duties". That struck a cord in Ady, suddenly she began trembling out of fear.
"But dad am not even eighteen yet, so why would he want me to go now?"
Her father was silent, obviously feeling sorrowful.
"I have no idea why he wants you now, even when I told him you are not of age yet, he said there was no much difference since you will be eighteen soon".
Ady's heart shattered into a thousand pieces. Just when she thought she was free, not knowing it was nothing but a peace before the storm.
"I won't leave!". Her Father became horrified at his daughter's boldness.
"Please Adriana you have to, have you forgotten the punishment that awaited anyone who disobeyed the Alpha's orders?, Specially weak omegas like us?".
She became downcast, She knows fully well what happens to anyone who disobeyed orders.
Death awaited anyone who disobeyed.
That is not a risk she's willing to take because her parents will be sad if anything bad happened to her.
"Okay, father, I will go". Relief washed over her father's face as embraced her tightly.
"I'm so sorry, Adriana, I wish I could protect you".
An idea struck Ady instantly
"Why don't we run away, I heard other packs value their omegas and treated them as equals."
"Shush… don't say that again, Adriana. We can't leave". This infuriated her.
"But why can't we leave Father?"
"Because we will be haunted down in no time, and I assure you Alpha Rafael won't have pity on us."
"In the worst case scenario, even if we escaped successfully, we would only become rogues because no pack will take us in just like that."
She still wasn't convinced about the whole matter.
"We can leave as humans then, we don't have to leave as werewolves in the human city"
"It's not as easy as you think Adriana, if it were, I would have escaped from here even before you were born."
Ady felt weak on the knee. So, finally, she will officially become Rafael Panther's slave.
She knew her life will never be easy at the pack house and Rafael will be more than happy to make her life a living hell....
She looked at the tall building in front of her in pure bewilderment. Never had she seen such a building before.
The mansion was so big and at the entrance "CRIMSON MOON PACK" was boldly written in cold stones.
Wow…magnificent!
"Are you coming in or not!?" came a very harsh voice from one of the pack warriors standing guard in front of the pack house.
She walked quickly into the compound. Inside the Compound were a fleet of cars. She had seen cars before, but never had she rode in one before.
As an omega, she was deprived of so many things.
"Well.well…well… Look who we have here".
Ady turned around in shock only to find Bryan, Andrew, Reagan, and Sarah in front of her.
"Greetings little Alphas". Suddenly they all burst out in laughter.
She became terribly confused as to why they were laughing at her.
"Did she just call us little Alphas?". Andrew asked, still laughing.
You must be really blind, do we look little to you?".
She trembled in fear. It was terrible she was already making trouble when she had barely arrived.
"I'm so… sorry for what I said". She was almost stuttering because she was nervous.
Is she really our new maid?" Sarah who was the smallest among them, asked.
