Colonel Mark ran into the clinic, knocking down trash cans and bumping into multiple nurses and patients on the way. He finally got to the floor which his daughter had been admitted to and in front of her room was Dr. Michele with a couple of other doctors.
"Doctor!" He yelled as he ran towards her.
"Please excuse me for a sec." She said to her fellow doctors. She faced the excited Colonel Mark and graced him a smile. "Mr. Mark." She said. "It's nice to see you so smiley."
"Oh my! Michele, thank you so much." He said as he panted continuously. "I would have embraced you if I wasn't so sweaty."
"It's fine." She said. "Seeing you happy is my reward."
"Where's my baby?" He asked.
"She's inside." Dr. Michele said pointing to the room behind her. "But…"
Before she could conclude, Col. Mark had already badged into the room.
Sitting, facing the window of the hospital room was Sylvian Augustus, Colonel Mark's only beloved child.
"Baby!!" He said.
She turned around and ran to her father. "Dad!" She said excitedly as she embraced him.
"I've missed you so much!" Colonel Mark said, teary eyed. "I've missed you more than anything."
"Me too." She said.
Dr. Michele walked into the room and broke the bond as she said. "It's happy to see you two together again."
Sylvian broke out of her father's arms and backed away from the female doctor.
"Honey, what's wrong?" Colonel Mark asked in confusion.
"Dad!" Sylvian said with fear written all over her. "Don't let her take me away." Sylvian cried.
"Honey what are you talking about? No body is taking you away from me, okay?"
"She wants to send me away, Dad. Stop her!!" Sylvian yelled as she crouched against a wall.
Colonel Mark turned to face Dr. Michele. "What's going on here, Doctor?"
Dr. Michele cleared her throat loudly. "Can you step outside for a sec, we need to talk, Colonel."
He stared at the Doctor in confusion and asked. "I hope there's no problem."
"I'll talk about everything outside."
Col. Mark looked back at his daughter and said gently. "I'm coming soon, honey."
He rose up and walked out of the room reluctantly.
The doctor shut the door carefully before she began talking. "I don't actually know how to say this… But…"
"What??" He asked in impatience. "What is wrong?"
"I've decided to transfer your daughter to the psych ward."
Col. Mark's mind went haywire as he heard her utter those words. "Are you crazy?" He asked.
"Look, I know it's really difficult to admit but both you and I know deep down that your daughter isn't… Okay."
"Yes, I know Sylvian is sick but that doesn't mean my daughter is crazy!' He yelled in anger.
"I'm sorry but after all the test I've taken and from all my observations, it's obvious that your daughter has derailed from normal reasoning and she needs to be tended to."
"I don't know what you're talking about but what I know is… Sylvian isn't crazy."
Dr. Michele sighed in frustration. "If Sylvian isn't... you know... How else can you explain her so-called vision about a savior coming to rid this place of it's evil."
"What are you talking about?"
"Go ask her yourself. By the way, you are the only one who thinks she's sane."

"Hugh." Claudia said, snapping her fingers at his face.
The huge man blinked his eyes continuously until he was able to recover his sight properly. "Claudia?"
"Yes, it's me."
"Where are we?" He asked as he looked around the white walls of the hospital room.
"We are at the hospital." She replied. "You fell unconscious back at the café, remember?"
"Oh!" He said as he sat upright. "Yeah, I remember. I was just feeling really dizzy, I'm sorry for the trouble I've put you through."
She slapped his leg, playfully. "You would have done the same, so don't make a fuss about it."
He smiled but it faded quicker than it had appeared. "So, what next." He said, sadly.
A sad countenance appeared on her face. "I don't know... But what I know is that..." She paused.
He waited for her to complete her statement but when she didn't, he stared at her questioningly. "What?"
A huge smile formed on her face. "What I know is that... "
A smile forced it's way into his face. "C'mon."
She threw a pillow at him. "What I know is that... I have untouched fries at the café and you have a full glass of room temperature water." She offered him her hand and attempted pulling him up. "And no body is going to take those from us."
He rose up from the bed and hugged her tightly. "Not even Colonel Mark."
"Exactly." She replied.
He withdrew from the hug and shot Claudia a questioning look. "Was I given any drugs by the nurses?"
"Yes." She replied.
"And how do we expect to pay for those." He asked.
She dashed him a cunny smile. "We don't."
She walked to the bed of the hospital and reached under it, bringing out a bag.
She reached into the bag and brought out a pair of nurse's uniform.
She handed one of them to Hugh and said, smiling. "Good evening, Nurse Hugh Cliff."
He grabbed the uniform and returned the smile and greeting. "Good day, Nurse Claudia."
