Aerial's luck was poor when she was born. Her mother died, leaving her father with two children, barely paying bills and paying for Aerial's medicine due to her weak body. He turned to drugs due to all the stress. Her brother wasn't the best either he hung out with thugs and would often commit crimes to pay for food and Aerial's health bills until one day; he got caught leaving Aerial alone with her father.
Her father spent more and more money on drugs now that he didn't have to waste money on his son, he would often hurt Aerial, leaving bruises and scrapes on her body, and cause of her weak body, the beatings would still hurt for weeks later, though she pushed on reading books, doing chores, and working. She didn't have any friends either as she never had enough time to talk with anyone.
Although her grades were the highest, she never got anything special from them but hoped to become a nurse or doctor of some kind cause she heard they pay well.
The day she turned 18, she stood in the mirror to see a long dark brown-haired girl with a flat chest and an average face. She never wore makeup of any kind cause she thought it was a waste of money, she would often wear hoodies to hide her slit wrists, and she would often have her hood up to not show off her one blue and one brown eye due to her heterochromia.
Aerial's father thought that her eyes were disgusting, so there was a scar on her face between her nose and right eye. That was when her father tried cutting her eye once when he was drunk.
Looking at the money she had saved up for the last two years, she finally had enough to leave her father and live on her own she gave off a small smile in the mirror just before leaving. She made sure to go late at night as her father was asleep.
She left her house as quietly as she could and started walking west—about 30 mins. Later just as she was crossing the last street to make it to her new home, a car going way faster than the speed limit made a sharp turn only to flip and roll straight into Aerial, the last sight being the side mirror of the car, looking at her bleeding head and arm her eyes closed into darkness.
A few moments passed as she was in empty darkness, not breathing, no flat surface to walk on, just floating in a void "where am I?" Then, I remember the screeching of tires as a car flipped and... "I died, I think." she was trying to recall the last couple of moments she remembered before it all went black looking up, she saw a tiny dot of white "I wonder what's emitting that light in this empty darkness?"
She tried with all her might to move towards the light; as it slowly got larger and brighter, and she was consumed by the light 'ugh so bright' covering her face, her eyes soon adjusted to the light only to see a vast tunnel easily able to fit millions of humans at the end of the tunnel a figure sat in an oversized chair wearing a white apron and bright clear skin as that of a baby the being had a large beard and white eyes with no iris in the middle as if looking into an empty white abyss.
After a few moments of silence, Aerial just stood there in a daze. The aura of the being had left her motionless, unable to move.
She felt the urge to kneel in front of the figure, and soon it spoke its voice, shaking Aerial to her core " I have watched you for a while now. I haven't been able to change your cruel fate due to the Celestial Laws; even then, I can still grant you this I offer you a chance to be reborn in a new world where the strong rule the weak, and if you are strong enough even the world will be in your hands, of course, being reborn is a choice not given to many.
Still, I'm even willing to give you a system to help you get the hang of the new world you'll arrive in. Although the system comes at a cost, you will not be reborn as a human but as a beast, or you can always be dead in an empty abyss. The choice is yours."
Aerial listened intently to what the being had said, and of course, she would live another life. I mean, who would want to be dead? That empty abyss she was in before seemed dull raising her head, she looked straight at the being and said, " I want to be reborn!" after which the being looked at her for only a moment before snapping his fingers. Soon Aerials sight was blinded, and a heat built-up below her, only lasting a few seconds as she fell unconscious.
Waking up, Aerial slowly opened her eyes. Looking around, she was in a large forest surrounded by trees. Out of nowhere, she heard a voice in her head.

[System Installed, Welcoming the Host: Aerial]
Aerial was shocked 'what's this voice in my head saying... wait didn't that strange being say he was going to give me a system to help me learn the world?' recalling what the strange being told her, she said, "Hey system, uhm how do I use you?" soon a voice answered her.
[Host can use the System by Giving Commands, System Recommends Host uses Command 'Status']
Upon hearing the system, she said "status" as soon as the word left her mouth, a blue panel appeared.

Upon seeing the panel, there was a lot to take in. first off, 'IM AM A FOX,' where did that come in? I knew I wasn't going to be human, but I expected elves, dwarves, dragons, some cool dragonkin, or something, not a dumb fox, but she had to admit foxes were also pretty nice.
Turning around to look at herself, she saw silvery-white fur with a slight sheen to it cause of the sun, and she made sure to check if she was female, and she was. Upon reading more of her stat panel, she saw her stats were incredibly low 'ugh, I'm so weak. Hopefully, ill get stronger soon ' upon saying such, her stomach growled loudly. Whelp guess eating is a step in the right direction.
