Seeing the 2 rats charging after me I quickly back up and try to single them out the first one lunges at me and I quickly kill it in one swift motion the 2nd rat was close behind as it bites my right shoulder I quickly pull it off but it takes a chunk of my flesh and fur with it.

Blood staining my silver fur I quickly take a large leap back and drink an entire health potion the wounds start closing up but I'm still quite hurt I only see about 11 rats left but I see some big ones as well in the front just fighting 2 rats is difficult but their all bunched up and its even more difficult to single them out.
I decide to wait and recover for a few minutes while waiting I'm thinking of ways to beat these rats suddenly I think about the skills I bought last night what about acrobatics? Well lets see what it does first.

Well that's great it might be just was I need to beat these rats I quickly add the 10 stat points I gained from leveling up into agility and looking at the rats I find another pebble and shoot it as the closest ones head it bounces off and hits one of the big rats 'whoops...' the small rat turns around and starts running at me I activate acrobatics and swiftly kill the rat I quickly turn and see the large rat finally turned around and is starting to move towards me.
'uhhh well guess there's no way out of this Inspect!'

'Geez! This thing is just a big tank.' As it's getting closer its attracting more of the smaller rats behind it this is getting out of hand quickly. I don't see any way to fight this big guy with all the little ones so lets focus on them first moving around the big rat I quickly lunge and bite the first rat in the neck seeing me run around it the big rat swings its tail right at me and I get hit right in the face.
Tumbling back a few feet I get up stumbling for a second 'my whole head is dizzy ugh..' the rats weren't giving me much time to think in just a few moments a small rat lunged at me I quickly dodge to the side but I bang my side into the wall 'God these stupid rats, are getting on my nerves.'
I quickly make some space and start charging for the surrounding small rats again I quickly bite the first rat but it wont just let me kill its buddies and the large rat instantly lunges for me I quickly dodge to the side and keep picking off the smaller rats soon enough after killing 3 more rats its just me and the big guy left.
Running straight for him I quickly side step right and the rat lunges at me but that's what I was waiting for as soon as I see him lunge I quickly step to the left and I just barely missed his teeth 'I noticed earlier these rats are stupid! HAHA only having 9 intelligence is really low only relying on basic instinct half the time the rats are incredibly predictable.' after stepping out of the way the rat is literally in the perfect position for a counter attack I scratch the big rat multiple times on the head quickly hitting its right eye and blood starts pouring out of the rats head it quickly tries pushing me away but I jump on top of the rat and continue scratching it as it struggles.
Finally after a minute of scratching the rat stops moving, who would have thought I would kill this big hunk of meat well me obviously who else. I decide to rest again for a few minutes while I read the system notifications.

Looking at the notifications I'm very pleased with myself I drink another health potion and at the same time the 1 large rat and 6 small rats seem to have just noticed their rat companions are gone and spot me whelp lets get this over with.

Wow I leveled up three times after that but seriously that was just floor 1 how many more are there? Well I guess no point wondering lets check my stats after that fight I'm certainly much stronger then when I entered. I wonder what floor 2 has in store for me.
