Chapter 1 - First Annoyance

"Hey, Mister! I'm the first in line, don't you see me falling in line properly? I'm really the first one here." Marigold insists that she was the first in line at Train station. Recognizing that skipping trains are passing by, she is in a hurry for her date with her boyfriend, Jack. He texted that he was already at the mall and patiently waiting about thirty minutes ago.

She glared even more at the man who had entered her line.

"I'm really the first in line. So let me go first okay? Today is my boyfriend and I's last date before he leaves the Philippines. So please, let's switch places," she said in a nice tone. The man didn't even say a word.

"There it is, finally there's a train!"

People do struggle to get inside. Marigold hurried inside and did not take her eyes off the man who entered the queue. In fairness, he doesn't look like a commuter and he's undeniably handsome. Because it was crowded inside the train, she could smell the scent of his perfume.

'His scent would probably stay to my nose. If only all the people inside smells good as him while inside the train, then i would never complain anymore even if it's crowded.'

She secretly steals a glance at that man. Admiration replaced her annoyance with him.

'Buendia Station.'

Somehow, the people got fewer when the train stopped at the said station. But too many commuters entered. She was even getting closer with the man she had been looking at earlier.

"It's already crowded, yet they're still allowing people to go inside the train."

Marigold heard the man say even though his voice was weak.

"You shouldn't ride here anymore, you should just take a taxi, mister."

She was not aware, she had already uttered those words.

They just threw sharp and critical looks at each other.

"Are you mad at me? I'm really sorry that I kept you waiting. Wait, let's order something to eat first."

Marigold kissed her boyfriend, Jack on his cheeks exactly when she saw him waiting at their meeting place, in a fast food restaurant. Her boyfriend was just quiet and didn't seem excited to see her

"What do you want to eat so I can make it up to you?"

When she asked that question, her boyfriend still didn't say a word.

"Are you mad at me? I'm sorry dear."

She's still clueless with how her boyfriend acted coldly towards her. She knew that Jack was very patient on their dates and he was easy to compromise before. If the queue at the train station wasn't that long, she probably arrived on time.

"All right, what do you want? And I'll just order," she whispered. She was still patient even though she really wanted to scream as loud as she could.

Jack shook his head and glared at her. "We've been together Marigold for a long time, you should know what I want."

"Huh? I can't understand you. Of course, we're only going to eat here now so I don't know what you want yet. Don't be a baby, we should be happy now because the next day you're leaving back abroad." She pouted her lip.

"Marigold, we've been dating for five years, but you still can't give me what I want! Our relationship is boring!"

"Jack what is it?"

Her eyes widened. Of course, she was still shocked even though she knew what her boyfriend was hinting at her.

"You know what I mean, Marigold! It's just annoying, don't you trust me as your man?" Jack said it even louder. The people then looked at them.

"Jack, we've already talked about this, it's not possible yet. You know that I still want to keep my purity before we get married." She explained her side calmly.

"Sorry, I didn't like that. You're at the right age but you're still archaic, you can't even decide for yourself! Better think about it to make our relationship last longer."

Jazz jumped up from his seat and left Marigold alone. People are already talking about what they saw. Tears welled up in her eyes, that incident was so embarrassing.

"He doesn't love you, because if he loves you he will wait for you to decide when you are ready to give what he desires."

She looked up. An old woman was just smiling at her as she watched her slowly crying.

"Just find someone else, contact this person. You won't regret meeting him." A calling card was handed to her by the old lady.

"He's nice and handsome."

An old lady smiled at her. "He's looking for a wife," she added.

Marigold just nodded, she still managed to smile out of her confusion. Her drama was delayed.

"Call that man, huh?"

"Okay." Her crying moment stopped. The old woman also left the fast food. She looked at the calling card.

"Raymart Javiera" is the name written on the calling card.
