Hunter's POV (Continuation...)
After saving Layla's messages, I then dialed the chief's phone number.
"I'll have something for you. Where you at?" I asked when I reached on the chief's office and he wasn't there.
"I'm reporting to the king." The chief said from the other line.
"You're heading to the palace? Why?" I asked.
"We need to deploy the elite squad in the outskirts of the city." The chief said. "I've already deployed the rest of the Tazzen packs but I'm afraid those kids won't hold off those beasts."
There was worry in his voice as he said it. I couldn't agree of him more. If the beast can hide themselves in a dark warp, they weren't a low category berserker after all. Instead of having a successful containment, it would fall into more casualties of the kids from the Tazzen university.
"If he'll allow it, it would be better. Tell him that the purple clan was in pursuit of group of vampires." I said.
