Elen arrived her room to freshen up and she was startled when she saw Amir, she didn't expect him to be here, she had already thought he'll be home by now, fuming in anger after he lost the fight, but she was wrong, he's right here, sitting on her bed! He really has grown a bit more mature, she thought and she giggled inwardly.
"Hello princess." He said as he gave her a wide grin.
Elen narrowed her eyes and looked at him suspiciously. Why was he acting like nothing happened. This is very unlike him, what mischievous thing is he up to now? She thought.
"Amir, you're here, I thought you might be fuming in anger already, after you lost the fight." She teased.
"Well, I was angry a bit earlier, but I've come over it." He said and he flashed an evil grin.
"What are you up to Amir?" She finally asked causing Amir to jump off the bed in one swift movement.
"Princess Helena, I thought you'd never ask." He said causing Elena to roll her eyes, she knew he was up to something.
"Ugh, Amir go straight to the point already." She said slightly frustrated.
"Okay...let's go out." He finally said.
"Amir, my dad has promised to take me out." She said.
"We won't take long I promise." He told her.
"But you know my father won't agree to go out without guards right?" She asked him.
"And that is why we'll sneak out, we'll return before your father finds out."
"Amir, are you sure? I don't have a good feeling about this." She said.
Amir rolled his eyes and moved closer to her. " Elen, this is not the first time we're doing this, your father probably knows already." He said.
"Amir, you're such a sly fox!" She said and Amir chuckled.
"And you're also a damn bitch." He said.
"Amir, you dare call this princess a bitch?" She said raising a brow.
"And you dare call this noble a 'sly fox'." He said and Elena could only look at him with disbelief. This friend of hers is getting unbelievable every passing second.
"Alright, enough now let's get going."
"Yes." And they exited her chambers. They were chatting through the halls and Amir halted.
What is wrong now? Why does he have to be always dramatic?! Elen thought.
"What's wrong?" She asked.
"You didn't mention where you want to go." He said.
Is that why they stopped in their tracks? Couldn't he have asked while walking? This...!
Elen rolled her eyes but refrained from questioning him. "Let's go horse riding." She said excitedly.
"That's a good idea but I have an even better one." He said.
"May I know your 'better idea' ?" She asked.
"I'll show you once we get there." He simply said.
The duo sneaked out of the castle, with Amir of course being the sole mastermind.
