Meredith kept pacing around the living room, not knowing what to do. She then called Mark and Gabby but none of them answered.
'They might still be asleep' she thought. Now she had no option but to call Eddie even when she didn't want to.
Her heart shredded when Eddie answered the call. The first thing she heard made her regret her decision, she wished she never called but it was too late to hang up now.
"Why is that slut calling you so early in the morning?" She heard Purple's voice at the other end of the call.
"Hello Meredith," Eddie hissed, he was asleep when the call came through.
'He claims he doesn't like her but always finds a way into her bed, how pathetic?' Meredith thought as she cleared her throat.
"Hey, I'm sorry to have woken you up. The thing is I need to find Matthew he left his phone at the apartment so I can't get in touch with him so if you ...can...um," Meredith muttered trying not to sound desperate.
