Garrett is infuriated.
I've been provoking him lately, but I know it's just for show. He wouldn't lay a hand on me, not with his son inside me. Granted, there isn't much certainty that this child I'm carrying is actually his, but there's a chance.
He's moved to another room, which is an enormous relief. I don't have to put up with him anymore, and most days we don't even talk. Sometimes, I have a hard time believing that I'm actually pregnant. My symptoms worsened in a matter of days. My morning sickness is recurrent and my appetite has increased significantly. All I want to do is eat. But this is all wrong. This shouldn't happen in the first weeks, I'm sure of it. Is a werewolf pregnancy different? I don't have a bump yet, but how long until I'm showing?
