Pepper looked up and placed her hand on his chest. She looked at him and she allowed him to see what she was feeling through her eyes.
"I have waited all my life for what we have, Asher. And now that I am very close to having…(she rubbed his chest and frowned) this…I am terrified of losing it. I am terrified of losing you, Ash but you should know that it's all of you or nothing at all. I don't want bits and bits of your life. I want everything. I want your joy and I want your pain. I want your success and your failure. I want to love every part of you but I can't do that because you won't let me see it" Pepper sniffed.
She had a glimmer of tears and hope in her eyes "I want all of you, Asher Knight. Give me that or leave"
Asher knew it before just as he knew it now, this her all or nothing way of loving was going to drive him crazy.
