Mrs Arni stared at the guy behind the kitchen wall. Her mind was full of questions about who this guy was and what he was doing here because she had never seen him before.
Not wanting to interfere in her daughter's affairs, she turned her body and resumed her activities again.
"Terms?" ask you wonder.
"Yes. But, first, I want you to explain why it's as clear as yesterday's matter. You know that I am quite difficult to get along with new people. Coupled with yesterday's events, my crisis of trust in others is intensifying."
"Ah, fine, I'll explain. Again, I'm sorry if you feel disappointed by me. But believe me, my intentions are not so. After all, last night, I did have permission from Daffa to ask you out, and you didn't ask about this. I heard from Daffa that you lied to him by saying you wanted to meet a client even though the road was with me, right?"
Gina nodded without answering. She lowered his head, holding back in shame.
"The matter of friendship, we are still safe. Daffa and Fera don't know much about us any further. Last night, Daffa was indeed nip bought red ginger for him and Fera. Why don't you say to Daffa if you want to hang out with me?"
Andi asked Siska back, making the girl confused.
"I don't know, but I have to do it, sorry," Siska explained.
"Well, the point is, I didn't have the slightest intention to lie to you. So if all of them are fake, my friends can't be fake too? Ok, now back to the conditions just now. My goal in getting you to meet my friends is not just for me who misses them, but I want to let you know if there are still good people who welcome you. Also, I invite you to let you get used to new people."
Siska was stunned. In his opinion, Andi behaved maturely in explaining everything. Then, however, the situation seemed to reverse course. What Siska used to want to give Andi some conditions and treat her, now she even feels cornered by Andi's answer.
"So, what's the second condition?"
"Hmm, actually, there are no terms," Siska replied doubtfully.
"Not so? Means before, there was? Just talk about it, Sis. It's ok. I do anything for our relationship to be good again."
"Ehh, in fact, this is the last condition."
"What?"
"The second condition is, don't get tired of taking me to meet those exciting friends."
With a sigh, Andi threw a smile at Siska. It is undeniable that the man is afraid that Siska asks for the strange, such as dancing in the middle of the road or singing in a public place. What a shame. But thankfully, Siska is still sane.
"Do you work, Andi?"
Mama walked up to the two, bringing a cup of the cup to serve to Andi.
"Now, I am continuing my family business in Indonesia. But, unfortunately, it happened to be going to open a branch here, so I went back to settle in Bandung."
"So, where it's before?"
"In California, America, Mam. Andi just came home a few days ago," Siska interrupted.
Because it seemed that the sky of Bandung was about to be rained, Andi then said goodbye to Siska and her mother to go home. Siska, who was still not fully recovered, returned to her room accompanied by her mother.
"So that's what's called Andi, how saucy is the person. He's a good boy, too," Mama told Siska.
"Yeah, that one, Ma. Hehe."
"You guys are dating?" asked Mama again.
"No. Just a friend," Siska retorted, panicking and shaking her head.
At 9:30 p.m., Siska, who had not yet slept, was still silent, looking at the sky, which turned out to be clear and did not rain even without stars. Occasionally Siska held her forehead to ensure that her body temperature was not warm anymore. Finally, Siska closed the bedroom window again and lay on her mattress wrapped in a grey bed sheet. The girl tried to sleep even though she didn't feel sleepy yet. She tilted her body to the right facing her sleeping table. Her gaze was distracted when her cell phone rang, signalling a video call from Andi.
"Have you been sleeping at this time?" asked Andi, both of whom were lying on her mattress with the room light turned off.
"How come you know I haven't slept yet?" Siska turned to ask.
"Your WhatsApp status is still online, so I tried a video call."
"Ah, yes. I forgot to close the app."
"So, what's up?"
"Nothing, just now I saw it through the room's window."
"Can you sleep now? it might be good for your health."
"Yes, this is willing. So, goodbye."
"Ok, bye."
Siska kept her phone back on the table and quickly pulled the blanket to cover her body and face. This method he usually does when insomnia hits. Andi, meanwhile, was still silent, staring at the ceiling of his room with minimal light.
Instead of feeling good this morning, Siska woke up badly. Her body felt flush, especially on the back. Her tongue was bitter, as well as a faint look. She couldn't open her eyes more comprehensive, and dizziness was felt at the centre of the eye circle when her eyeballs glanced in any direction.
"Ouch, what's wrong with me?" she said with inline eyes.
Both hands were incessantly holding their heads because they couldn't stand the dizziness the girl felt. Let alone work, changing the position from sleeping to sitting is problematic. The soreness she felt tormented her.
"M-Maaaa, Mother ...."
Of course, the mother would not hear her screams because Siska's voice was too small for someone who shouted—coupled with the distance between her room and Mrs Arni's far apart room.
Unable to stand the pain he felt anymore, she forced himself to get up from the mattress and ask for help in her mother's room. She walked out of the room in slow steps while holding her head.
"Mama.... " the girl moaned.
Luckily, Mama, who was not far from Siska's room, immediately responded to her daughter with great worry.
"Siska! What happened to you?!" he said uneasily.
Siska's petite body-slammed to the floor. Again she was unconscious but in a worse condition than yesterday—panic? Of course. Because there was no man in the house while supporting half of Siska's body, Mama reached her son, Daffa.
Call after call, Daffa never picked up his phone. She was confused, panicked, and worried.
Not ending the idea, she put her daughter's head slowly on the floor, rushed to get Siska's mobile phone in her room and looked for contact with Andi's name.
"Halo."
"Andi, Andi! This is Siska's Mom. I want to ask for help, and Siska faints. You can be here now?'
"I'll be there in five minutes."
It didn't take long for Andi to arrive at Siska's run and immediately lifted her into the car he had borrowed from his friend. Siska was positioned lying in the middle of the car with her head cushioned over her mother's thigh. They're going to the hospital. She came to his senses with a weak body and a face that had not changed. It was still as pale as it was when she fainted just now.
"Where am I?" said Siska softly.
"Thank goodness you've come to your senses, dear. We're heading towards to hospital," Mama said with teary eyes.
"Mam, Bring mineral water for Siska to drink. Her condition has improved," said Andi while driving the car with his hand, who gave bottled mineral water to Mrs Arni.
"A-Andi? What are you doing here?" asked Siska again.
With the same condition, she still occasionally held his forehead to endure the pain of the headache that seemed to be very torturous.
"Here's a drink first. Already, you don't have to think about anything. Let's see a doctor first, dear."
Siska nodded weakly.
When she arrived at the hospital, Siska was immediately examined by the same doctor who checked her yesterday. The doctor suggested that Siska take a complete rest in the hospital, aka hospitalization. Of course, Mama agreed with the doctor's advice. Several sisters swiftly prepared a VIP room for Siska, according to the mother's message. The clothes she wore before have been replaced with unique patient clothes. The infusion has already been injected into the beautiful girl's wrist.
The atmosphere has begun to calm. Siska has also shown a better look on her face than before. At least she is a little power now.
"How did you come here, Ndi?" asked Siska quietly.
"Your Mom called me. She said you fainted."
"Yes, Siska. Mama was forced to call Andi. Mama has been panicked. Just now, the call to your brother also didna want to be a lift," explained Mama.
"Andi just told Daffa anyway, Mam."
"Ah, thank you. So panicked, I forgot not to bring a cellphone. But, maybe, Daffa has been calling all the time."
"I'm sorry, Ndi. If I'm bothering you again," Siska said.
"Never mind. While I can, I will help you."
In the middle of the conversation between the three, the doctor walked into the room called the Orchid room. He asked Siska directly what she was feeling at the moment with the follow-up examination.
"Mrs Arni, can you come to my room for a while?" the doctor asked.
"Yes, Doc. Andi, take care of Siska for a while, ok."
Mama followed the doctor's direction and followed his steps from behind.
Feeling uncaring, Mama sat in a chair opposite the doctor, and there was a table separating the two.
"Mom, if you can tell, Siska has had a history of any disease before?"
"As far as I am concerned, there is none, Doc. So what happened?" asked Mama.
"From a temporary examination, Siska's immune system decreased due to excessive activity."
"But, what's that serious, Doc? Daily, Siska only spends time working like normal people usually do."
"That's right, but there are not a few people whose bodies cannot adjust to the existing activities even if they are only a few hours of work. If forced, I worried it would happen something terrible."
