"Rein Qiston A weakling who couldn't even manifest magic, now you can manifest these mysterious blue flames you intrigue me." Dray says to Rein walks pass him the hallway.
Rein silently walks pass him with a serious expression not acknowledging Dray's Prescence.
"I have never seen anyone scowl so hard before, I am guessing the business you have to take care of is with the duke's son after all." Lot commented as he crossed paths with Rein.
" It's obvious isn't it, when it comes to him I just can't control this anger inside of me."
"Just don't take him to lightly he is the duke's son after all." Lot warned.
As the two entered the Arena the pressure around them became heavy, even those who Knew nothing of their history could sense something special is going to happen.
"Are you both ready."
"Yes I have been waiting for this moment."
"So have I."
"Begin!!"
Haa!! Viden charged Rein from close range knocking him back.
"Muddy current!!" a wave of muddy water hurdled towards Rein engulfing him from the waist down.
"Let's top it off with a fire ball." Viden says as manifest his mana from earth to fire.
The heat from the fire ball harden the muddy water trapping Rein in place.
Viden throws a punch at Rein just as it is about to hit Rein grabs his hand.
"Are you finished with your little opening act, if so it's my turn." Rein says without any emotion.
Pushing Viden back Rein frees himself from the harden muddy water.
"How are you able to free yourself without using magic."
"Who said I wasn't using magic."
"Something is different about the weakling, and I don't like it one bit."
Viden charge Rein, but he is quick enough to deflect his blow, They both start trading blows relentlessly not giving the other the chance to use any spells.
"He is matching the duke's son blow for blow I though he could only use that blue fire." Claire observed
"He using the enhancing spell I taught him, the moment the battle started he activated it." Lot answered
"When did you teach him that."
"A little while back."
"Azure Punch!!"
"Dispelling Wind!!"
Viden's wind spell nullified Rein's Azure flames.
They both stood in the arena at a stalemate. Rein formed Blue flaming balls around him.
"Can you nullify this attack Azure cannon."
The high velocity flames came hurdling at Viden as he dodged and nullified them.
Viden casts the spell earth mover changing the layout of the arena as chunks of earth spewed up out of the ground.
"What is he planning to do now." Rien pondered
Fog started forming around the arena.
"Now he is casting a water elemental fog spell he really can manifest 3 of the 7 elements. With this fog he plans to cut off most of my senses."
With fog the thick covering the arena Rein was unable to see Viden or even know where he was in the arena.
"Ahh!! What was that just hit me."
"You confused weakling, you rely to heavily on your sight Haha!!"
Viden Continually attacked Rein as he stumbled around the arena, as the spectators eagerly wait for this fog to lift.
"I can't see anything I wonder if Rein is okay." Keia thought as she watched on eagerly.
"If I can't use my sight I guess I will have to use my other senses."
As time started passing by Rein focused on hearing Viden's movements as he attacked him, as well as his touch to figure out his surroundings.
"How do you like this you weakling, what!!"
Rein figured out Viden's movement dodging his attacks.
"Your done for." Rein said as he transformed his alloy ring into a hammer knocking Viden back.
Conveniently the fog started to despite, unveiling the serious expressions of the two combatants standing in the arena.
"The real battle begins now!!" They both thought
Viden formed a sword of stone as he rushed towards Rein who changed the alloy ring from a hammer to a katana.
They clashed numerously and unrelentingly as sparks fly between them.
"Why won't you go down you weakling." Viden argued.
"Because I am not doing this for my self alone but for the one who went beyond." Rein says as he pushed Viden back.
Rein picked up a stone turning it into sand.
"Have some of this." Rein threw sand into Viden temporally blinding him.
"Now you know it feels not to be able to see." Rein taunted.
"Now let us finish it my friend." a mysterious voice says in Rein's head.
"Your right. this one is for you!"
" Full elemental level 1 King's mana!!"
Rein conjured a huge amount of mana in his hand from the surrounding area, shooting it like a beam at Viden.
The attack created a pillar of light around Rein shinning so Beautiful and bright.
Rein dropped to the ground exhausted, looking up he sees the spirit of the boy who once inhabited his body smiling as he ascends.
"May you rest in peace my friend." Rein whispers as tears come down his eyes
"Why is he crying." lot asked.
"I have no idea, but that attack was so breathtaking." Claire responded.
"The winner is Rein Qiston!!" The referee announces as he confirms Viden's inability to fight anymore.
The whole crowd was in shock of the duke's son being beaten by a nobody and the power they saw displayed, as it sunk in the slowly applauded Rein as he fell unconscious.
"I thought it was darkness but it was something else, you surely do intrigue me Rein Qiston."
