Chapter 4 - Clutch even the smallest chances to squash them!

Whilst Arawinda was having fun witnessing the attractive magic fight she had never seen and screaming in thrilled inwardly, the chubby and the tall girl catch a sight of the teacher and the trainer were aware of the commotion and walking toward them with solemn faces. They were alarmed and immediately dashed toward Arawinda, then the chubby girl tapped her on the shoulder rapidly to warned her, "Arawinda, the teachers are coming! Quickly, take back your necklace before we all get punished! Or you won't have any chance anymore!"

The teachers? If she was not mistaken, one of the teachers should be Bhahran's father, the one who threatened her using her brother to be together with Bhahran!

Out of all the people in the academy, only Bhahran's father understood clearly the advantages of her empty core. Even surprisingly arranged her next to Bhahran so he would be able to mislead her slowly about the theory of her empty core, thus he could remove it from her and affiliated it with his son's core, strengthening his son's core to another whole different level. Despite that, as she 'participated' in the tournament and her empty core's superiority was discovered by the school, his schemes failed completely. Especially, since she become the Inhumans weighty property of the academy, he was incapable of even seeing her with his own eyes!

Darn it! Compare to the villain of the story, Raden, and the indirect villain on her body, the empty core, Bhahran's father was the real threat and the frightening villain of her life! If she could simply steer clear of the powerless and useless villain and make use of his spare tire core to prolong her life, then she won't be able to do anything to this teacher! He was capable of deceiving and tempted easily her competent brother to unknown and dangerous places, then what about her? One word from his mouth might stir up her life completely, or she would end up being sent to the lab early!

With these perceptions in mind, Arawinda frowned irritatingly and subconsciously clicked her tongue in displeasure, not at all aware of the baffled gazes of the two girls beside her. After befriending her for a short period, this was the first time they have ever seen her irritated like this. They assumed that she was dissatisfied with them suddenly disturbing her watching the show.

The tall girl awkwardly coughed and peered at her, "It's not that we want to bother you--"

"No-no. It's all thanks to you, I save one more trouble,"

Arawinda raised her hand to break off her apologize then turned her eyes to look at the headband young man, just in time she heard him say, "Now, fake girl, It's your turn~"

"Arawinda, they're coming!" The chubby girl whispered with anxiety while her eyes wandered at the location where teachers already appeared in her sight and were currently trying to move forward through the crowd.

"Headband, snatch faster!"

Sun was taken back at her natural order but didn't have any intention to disobey her at all, hence without delay he use his teleportation ability to appear quicker in front of the fake girl than snatch the necklace from her neck as she was shockingly terrified before teleporting back to a place beside his employer. All of these actions were happened too short even before they could blink, leaving the onlookers, including Arawinda herself who had never seen such a magical show, gaped in amazement.

Perceiving that their task was finished, Arthur and Adam retracted their ability and let go of the almost insane Bhahran. They help him stand up and even patted the dust away from his white suit, acting as if nothing had happened, making Bhahran feel very sickly nauseated by them. He rudely tossed their hands away, "Fxck! Let go!"

Arthur raised both his hands in surrender, then glanced at Adam who was habitually fixed the glasses on his nose. They both complicatedly watched as Bhahran walked to approach that Kencana girl, feeling powerless against him.

Not far, Sun glanced funnily at Bhahran before stretching his opened palm in front of his eye-widened employer, revealing her eye-catching golden necklace on his hand, then imitating one from the noble family, "Your Highness Princess, please."

Kencana came back to her senses at this moment and hurriedly shrieked out her words, "No! That's my necklace!"

"What necklace? Yours?"

A familiar deep and heavy voice sounded clearly throughout the messy and noisy field. All of sudden the students present quiet down and no one dares to talk out loud, even they mostly lowered their heads and tried their best to breathe lighter.

Arawinda shifted her gazes at the old man who just spoke being followed by another teacher and some information about him switched on inside her brain, which made her feel a bit of sympathy toward him. This sturdy and tough-looking trainer was not at all as rigid and stiff as the former one, and in fact, he was rather soft and gentle. He became this kind of strict and less approachable teacher because of an incident that happened when she was just a first-grader. Two of the third-grade seniors at that time died in his lesson due to their insufficient in grasping the control of their ability. Although it wasn't completely his fault, the fact their both lost their lives right under his eyes had blown him off completely.

"No one dares to explain?" Trainer Nehan voiced out a question solemnly again with a disapproving face.

Arawinda glanced around at the tensed and stiffened students, especially at Bhahran and Kencana who were also a bit afraid of him, then her eyes revealed a smile silently. Now-now, why not take advantage of this circumstance to squash them even more?

"Trainer." Arawinda raised her hand, habitually showing a well-behaved looked she always used in front of teachers ever since she was a child.

Trainer Nehan nodded in satisfaction knowing a brave kid was willing to take initiative, "Golden kid, go and explain."

Under the fearful gaze of Kencana, Arawinda told everything without skipping over the details, including the fact Kencana kneeled down in the middle of the field all of sudden and stirred up a commotion with it.

"Hm…" Trainer Nehan put one arm behind his back as he rubbed the thin bread on his chin, nodding and squinted his eyes thoughtfully at the golden kid. The golden kid wandered her eyes around innocently and sometimes would peek at his expressions. As if confirming something, he deliberately asked her, "Then, whose necklace is it?"

Listening to his next question, Arawinda's eyes lit up and with some expectant in her heart, she answered quickly, "Mine, Trainer!"

Trainer Nehan howled a burst of laughter as soon as she said this, leaving her baffled and bewildered. What she never realized was, this old trainer actually aware of her controller hand behind the story she told just now. Even at this moment, he understood that this golden kid was using him as a tool, of course, to play against that monkey girl who almost made her lose her precious golden key. Though he knew these, he chose to follow along, but this would be a backfire for her.

"Where's the necklace? Let us teachers check it."

"Here it is. Trainer! Please!" Sun staggeringly move forward and hand over the necklace in his hands to Trainer Nehan as if he was offering scarce things to an emperor.

Trainer Nehan had been a trainer at this academy for a long time so he was familiar with this sort of thing, especially with keys of the student where he once joined on the design in the past. Still, to convince the students present, he had to pass it over to Teacher Nandano who was more accustomed to this area.

Arawinda watched Trainer Nehan pass her necklace to a handsome mature man looking like the older version of Bhahran, and was aware that he was Bhahran's father, Teacher Nandano. Unlike Bhahran that possessed a good student image yet was a stubborn young man and easy to guess, Teacher Nandano was a calm and unreadable man with a sense of mysterious aura around him. Simply by looking at his appearance, one would directly think he was an honorable man and no one would expect behind his image, he was a monstrous and despicable man.

Right now, based on the story, Teacher Nandano hadn't yet started his moves and she could stay at ease in this period, most likely until before the tournament was held. Then it would be better for her to be more low-key. And considering her most crucial moment, to quietly seek for a hiding place or to be more specific, a trusty worthy backing, a lot stronger than the one who was able to put her into the lab, in this academy. For she was incapable of relying on her time-bomb core, she could only survive this way, before she put more thought into her other problems.

Teacher Nandano wasn't at all aware of the deep mind owned by the girl in front of him, only focused on the task given by the old man beside him, "Most of you have known about the keys, and only golden key can be given to other and this is the inscription by the former owner. ."

The moment he said this, Kencana perceived an uncountable pair of eyes staring straight at her as if piercing and scratching through her soul, creating an illusion that her ugly and dirty soul was discovered by them. It made her back sweat in cold and she unconsciously squeezed her hands. With her eyes blinking rapidly, her eyes wandered around on the ground not wanting to be aware of her current circumstance at all, hoping all just a dream.

In the meantime, Bhahran felt as if his face was slapped hard yet confused at the same time. How could he be fooled by the girl who was actually seemed to be gentle and delicate like that? But the point was, he was able to forgive her no matter how big the mistake she made! Why was it? Was it because she was rather pitiful being cornered like this? Or was it just like Sun said, he actually had a feeling for her?

Arawinda silently observed the emotions shown in the eyes of the male and female protagonist then pursed her lips, thought of something interesting. She, Arawinda Ratu-- Danastri, would definitely clutch even the smallest chances to step on them over and over again, for the sake and as revenge for Danastri in the story.

Soon, after her necklace was observed by Teacher Nandano, it come back into her hands with ease, Arawinda wore it around her neck before shyly asking Trainer Nehan, "Trainer, will I get punished too?"

"Oho~ Do you want to?" Trainer Nehan narrowed his eyes at her, did he realize that this golden kid actually even use her backfire as a tool too…

"... Trainer, I don't want to." Arawinda lowered her head showing an unwilling and dejected look, one was able to understand that this girl was a spoiled one.

Teacher Nandano folded his arms and denied her statement coolly, "You remind us to punish you, of course, you and the others can't get away from it," he then glanced indifferently at Kencana, "Especially this girl, your punishment is the hardest from all of the students present here."

"Father!" Bhahran blurted out all of sudden then stared at his father in disagreement. Kencana was indeed wrong, but he felt reluctant seeing her being punished the hardest. He really hoped his father would lighten her punishment a bit, for the sake of him.

Kencana's eyes lit up silently at his sudden scream, sensing that the reason he called for his father was related to her. She felt glad even in her most difficult situation, Bhahran actually still care about her.

Pity, his father wasn't cooperative at all and made her a bit disappointed. She heard him say lightly, "Student Bhahran, I'm indeed your father. But right now, I'm your teacher. I can't do anything to help you."

Hearing these conversations, unlike the students who were displeased and thought that the smart student like Senior Bhahran actually wished to used his privilege as the teacher's son, Adam, Arthur, and Sun had guessed that Bhahran certainly wanted to lessen the punishment for Kencana. They indeed had opposed him too much even rudely exposed the truth in front of him blatantly, yet they were hoping he should learn a lesson from this matter. Seems like their effort were all in vain…

Arawinda watched the emotional changes of the active characters from the story and lowered her eyelids to hide her excited emotions… Soon, the female and male protagonist would get together and the trio would betray the male protagonist. Witnessing their rational thinking and amazing acts, she should recruit them to her so-called counterattack cannon fodder team!
