Vincent left new York by bus he knew it would be his only time to relax once he reached Gotham from there he would go to bludhaven.
The last time he was in bludhaven he had to change his identity , while on the bus he went over the information in his head because if A.r.g.u.s was interested in this then he was as well.
He hasn't forgotten that they came after him or that they had dealings with the Luthors. They want information on what blockbuster was planning. They also wanted information on nite-wing which made no sense to him from what he's heard about nite-wing the guy was a few cards short of a full deck.
' which blockbuster are they wanting information on.' Was one of the thoughts going through Vincent's mind he's heard thanks to Harley that there were two and they were brothers but the file failed to deliver any crucial information regarding which one he could only assume that it was the younger of the two.
Bludhaven had many criminal elements some hid in the shadows while others operated in plain sight. Vincent was essentially walking into another person's turf the last time he met nightwing the guy didn't say a word to him.
This time might be different after all the two people in question have faced nightwing before which made Vincent believe that this was just a mission to keep himself and the Chambers busy while things happen else where.
Vincent couldn't complain since he's received a new suit out of the deal and what essentially is a vacation from the petty crimes and psychopaths he had to deal with on the daily basis.
Gotham
Arriving in Gotham Vincent decided to walk around for a little bit to stretch his legs and gather some Intel it cost a little bit of money but soild information usually requires a little cash.
He learned that Harley ended up locked up once again caught by batwoman and apparently her sidekick batwing he couldn't help but laugh he had a good plan and she threw it away to fight some bats.
Vincent wandered until he felt satisfy he found himself a hotel room and took out his computer adding some extra touches into the code, when he finished he uploaded it to the nanites and then he hacked into the government database and did a deep dive.
His lesson was learned from the last time but the things he required, it was necessary for him to take any and all information he could get. Not tripping any protocols he finished.
Finally done he walked to the bathroom turning on the water and thought it through while holding a syringe in his hand. ' I can see the names of individuals, I can see through walls, but I cant do both at the same time. If I want to do both at the same time I need this to work.' He chuckled
'Eyes upgrade, it's crazy insanely so.' His thoughts finished "I'll call you world eyes. Eyes that can analyze that can analyze the world." He said aloud and injected himself
His pain resistant was maxed or so he thought as his eyes felt like they were on fire.
Blood started dripping from his eyes to the floor he dropped to his knees, everything around him was red at first then it turned black, then his head was hurting the pain was intense as he felt himself blacking out.
Three days later
Vincent woke up on the bathroom floor his eyes crusted shut by blood feeling around he found the sink as the water was still running. He splashed water on his face washing the blood off his eye.
Once the blood was gone he opened his eyes. His left eye was still green and his right still blue but his pupils were no longer black. His pupils were silver. The white of his eyes were a pale gold.
Looking at his watch he noticed he was sleep for three days. He needed to start and finish his mission as fast as he could. Vincent press a button on the watch as the suit came on him, placing the earpiece in he thought to himself that everything would be easier if he just had an earring that could do all of this instead of two separate things.
Running out of the room he slowed his steps as he saw a tv report about Luthor's laboratory, as lex was giving a speech about a gas leak and how no one was injured or hurt in any way. The gas leak happened two days ago.
Vincent watched for a while as they showed shots of people he noticed it was his school and some of his friends in some of the photos.
There was also a person who complexion was a light purple. Vincent thoughts went quickly 'superweapon, cells. They were bioengineered people into human weapons. They definitely won't be metas but they're not much different than metas.' Vincent face was serious others wouldn't be able to tell the complexion of that student without careful analysis of the picture itself maybe not even in person could someone tell.
'New york is in for a bunch of bull shit and I doubt lex Luthor even knows they were exposed, his face says he knows nothing of it being his projects chemicals , or he could be just that good at lying.' Ending his thoughts he continued on his way.

Cindy moon was laying in a bed room since the exposure at the lab she's been feeling a little off but she wasn't the only one . She would often call her friends who were also at the lab with her.
Jake Parker was sitting in a chair in his room at his foster home wondering what was going on with his body .
Jesse and Johnathan chambers were talking they've tried to get a hold of Vincent but all they got was his voicemail. They were hoping nothing happened to him as they watched the news. It's been three days since the incident happened and Vincent friends were involved they assumed that it wasn't an ordinary gas leak due to what Vincent told them about Luthor.
Vanessa Willows watched the news the day of the event and today and their hasn't been a single mention of the Foxman, she even tried calling Vincent , she thought if he's a hero then why wasn't he there she's been going out at night in hopes of seeing him. Not for any other reason just to see if he was okay.
Gotham
Vincent continued on his way to bludhaven the events that happened in new York had nothing to do with him for the moment. He only had one job.
" Vincent! finally we got through what have you been doing, Nevermind that abort the mission come back now , we might have bigger problems." Jesse and Johnathan voice came through the built in comms
Vincent stopped on spot and thought about it, two Genius couldn't get ahold of him until the helmet was activated, they were probably worried.
They said abort and he wasn't just going to keep running into bludhaven crap at least not yet.
Vincent ran back to new York instead of taking the bus once he made it in the city he took a leisurely stroll out side of the suit. While on his way back to the Chambers residence.
