Laying on the sofa Vincent twirled a vial in his hand as he pondered what he should do with the contents.
A scream broke his thoughts as the vial was placed in the inventory,as he stood up and ran to his bedroom turning the lights on.
What enter his eyes was Vanessa in a nightgown a step away from the bed like she just jumped out of it and Julie on the far side of the bed holding onto the covers.
They were staring at each other in shock and surprise with confusion written on their faces.
Just when they were about to speak there was a knock on the door and Jesse voice coming from the other side
"Vincent are you here, we need to talk." Jesse voice was panicked and he could hear the urgency in it.
(A/N: sorry I lost my train of thought for a moment .)
Vincent looked at the two girls and held up a finger "one moment please." As the words left his mouth he walked to the apartment door and opened it.
What Jesse saw when the door opened was Vincent shirtless in pajama pants.
"You said you went to save julie why isn't she at the hospital, I checked everyone." Jesse spoke fast walking passed Vincent into his apartment.
A shout came from the bedroom "you're fucking him! And you're pissed because I'm here in his bed! You know what fuck you Vanessa!" The words seemed to echo in his apartment.
"All I asked you were what happen to you and why are you in his fucking bed, you don't have to be such a bitch!" The reply was just as loud.
Vincent stood in front of Jesse and he could see a range of emotions on Jesse face and eyes.
" before you say anything I would like to say our relationship has never been clarified, julie is here resting or she would be if Vanessa hadn't shown up. I take full responsibility for what I've done but at the end of the day I am still single" Vincent said rapidly
"You three talk." Vincent added on as he turned into a blur and left the apartment heading to his Jersey base.
At his base Vincent brought the vial out of the inventory with thoughts on how he should utilize it for maximum efficiency.
'Looks like I have to pick up some equipment I'll be in Jersey for awhile to synthesize a cure.' His phone ringed as he took it out of his pocket.
Placing his phone in the inventory ' best to avoid this for now.' With that in mind Vincent started compiling a list of things needed.
Throughout the day Vincent went through the city and marked out the places he would need to break into.

With a click Vincent changed the channel as he was done modifying his helmet to block the comms connection.
A clattering sound was heard by Vincent as he stopped his work. Turning his head he looked around turning back to the table he saw an envelope that wasn't there before.
After reading the letter he muttered to himself as he equipped his suit, instead of robbing his targets he went back to New York.
Making it in time to see silk battling Dark-Spider, as Toria and Rush was facing there opponents. He ran the area around and came face to face with a tall silver haired man holding a black ball in his hands the man looked at Vincent.
" What a pleasant surprise, the boy fox I've been waiting for you. You see I have plans for this city yet every move I make you are constantly in my way." The man said with a smirk.
Vincent looked left and right then at the man " you're serious. I've been in your way." He tsked "you've been in mine, who even are you?" Vincent asked as he got ready for a fight.
" in due time fox boy, I didn't come here for a fight you see , I'm here to watch my recruits kill your little friends out there, since you're here I'll allow you a chance. Save them or fight me." The man said with a slow blink of his eyes.
Vincent looked back towards the fight that was going on, then at the man.
"You have faith in them, very well. Come. You'll get to see the dark." the man said as he threw the ball at Vincent.
Vincent looked at the ball coming towards him, ducking out the way while rolling on the ground.
He ran towards the man as his fist swung out expecting a soild punch but what he got was a laugh and we'll continue this later the man vanished.
He looked outside to see the rest on the ground exhausted and injured. With the shake of his head he sighed then walked out slowly.
"Looks like you guys have been having fun." Vincent said as he walked up to them.
After a conversation Vincent went back to his apartment to find Vanessa and Julie sitting on the sofa talking.
He heard water running from the bathroom ' why are they still here.' Vincent thought to himself. They stopped talking and looked at Vincent , Vanessa got up and hugged him.
Julie nodded from the sofa, Vincent and Vanessa sat down and the three of them started talking.
Jesse joined them after getting out of the shower and getting dressed. The relationship of the group was getting better as they discussed everything that has happened.
Vincent told them about what happened when he just arrived In the city.
This prompted Jesse to go talk with her father and to start work on an antidote for the bio-kids.
Julie went to Vincent room to go rest and Vanessa and Vincent spent the night in the living room talking. Until Vanessa was tired and went to his room to sleep.
