* Look at the title, degenerates *
Rain was sitting in the courtyard reading a book. He was now nine years old. His exploration of his surroundings and the limit to how far he could go in the courtyard had long since ceased. Combined with the bedroom, which had expanded due to the new life that had come about, the courtyard consisted of a pond and a garden, with a tall tree sitting in the middle and stretching out of the open roof. There was also a kitchen, whose entrance was located in the hall whose corner he hadn't yet explored when had just reincarnated.
Some changes were inevitable. The first was his sister. Her name was Mo Huilan. Hui for short. She had turned 7 recently and lived in the courtyard with him and Jing. She had bright, ragged and chopped electric blue hair, that reached her shoulders. This was not a hereditary technique, but rather the result of her physique, Electric Flash. The Electric Flash was a physique that gave her massive affinity with lightning and also increased her speed to potentially be as fast as the lightning she would eventually fight with. She was an anomaly, to say the least. She was also very beautiful. She was still growing, so she was just cute now, but she would be a beauty in the future. Rain said cute, but if one looked at her eyes, they would disagree. She had an insanely cold and dead aura, surrounding her light blue eyes that she had inherited from their mother, one that gave an illusion of indifference and annoyance.
This is what most people saw. To her mother, she got rid of the annoyance as she had her gratitude, but growing up she spent most, almost all, of her time with her brother. She only trusted him. This wasn't Rain's intention, but it was fine. He had taught her to always be wary and to not showcase more than she needed to. Being kind was fine, but it was best not to give the illusion that she would be a saint.
Rain was proud. He had a good pupil. He wanted to pass down his experience and opinion, while also giving choice to his little disciple and he felt that he had accomplished that. He taught her to respect power and authority, but not to rely on it. Don't be prideful or irrational and never to let emotions cloud your judgement. It was okay to act on emotions, but you should consider the consequences first.
Rain had also changed. He was smarter and bigger. That was it. His outlook was the same. His views on his family were the same. He thought them better than anyone else, but he did not love them. He would just favor them in decisions. In short, they weren't numbers and he harbored some affection for both his mother and his sister.
Rain was tall for his age. His black hair had grown longer, but he had still kept it short. When he wanted it too, it would block his black, void, eyes, but not to an annoying point of always sweeping his hair out of the way. He had a lithe frame. He gave off a rather weird impression. One that wasn't dangerous, but would make people wary nonetheless. He was also insanely handsome, and was only getting better. It was too a point that, had he been older, it would've made the females who saw him drool. Honestly, it was becoming a concern for him whether or not he would be kidnapped in the future.
'Fuck you future me.'
The other severe change had been to his mother. She had become completely devoted to taking care of her kids... mostly him. She acknowledged that her daughter was cute, and she would never hurt her. She also kept her fed. But her pampering all went to Rain. She was obsessed with him.
'A yandere, it would seem.'
It was pretty evident to Rain that she had become a yandere. He didn't mind. He wasn't planning on leaving her at the moment, and, even if he left, he wasn't going to abandon her. He still had a sense of decency. However, it had become increasingly difficult to pry her off of him. Eventually an agreement was made. He would sleep in the same bed as her and she would not try to distract him from his studies. She wanted to hold him and snuggle constantly, but apparently giving her time at night was a bit better. She hadn't changed much in terms of looks, but her aura had become insanely motherly, giving her perhaps more appeal with her blonde hair, light blue eyes, kind features, and large breasts. The last one was important.
Currently, Rain was not alone. It should be noted that he almost never got alone time. His mother and sister had a tendency to follow him around. His mother would snuggle with him, no holds barred, though, to reiterate, there was nothing sexual about it. She did not have any lust for him at the moment, so he didn't need to worry about her insulting him in his sleep. His sister liked to grab the hem of his shirt and read with him. He had taught her to read and write, speak and walk, all something she had accomplished at an insane speed. He even wondered if her lightning affinity increased her processing power.
Physiques were something that bypassed the 'no cultivating before 13' rule. Dragons, demons, and spirit beasts, also didn't necessarily have this restriction. Her speed was just naturally, insanely fast, and she worked on it every day. No mortal would be able to catch her currently and even low level cultivators would certainly have trouble.
Rain really liked his sister. Why? Because she was a kuudere.
No other words need to be said.
Anyways, his sister was sitting on his lap, reading the book with him. They had gotten through every book in the library, and were requesting books from the palace, one of their only contacts with the outside world. His sister liked to snuggle in his lap. Since she read at an absurd speed, she would finish the page long before him, and would spend the rest of the time hugging him.
His mother was still asleep. It was only possible because she was asleep in the same bed that he had slept in, so she could still snuggle to his, quote, "warmth and smell."
His mother and sister had both developed the weird habit of poking him just randomly, as if confirming he was real, and sniffing him and anything he touched. Fortunately, it hadn't reached the level of licking or else rules would have been imposed.
Today was a good day. A strange day, but a good day. It was good because it was quiet, something Rain had struggled to maintain in the beginning of the seven year period. He had to calm down his sister, who he had trained to stop crying as soon as he could, and his mother who would keep talking to herself. He had gotten her to keep it to a murmur so that it wouldn't bother him. However, it was a strange day... an anticipated day. The palace was moving.
Rain wasn't in the know of most things. Especially, about the world. He hadn't developed some insane information network in the years that had gone by. But the maids in the palace knew the big stuff going on, and that was enough. He had developed a good relationship of being respectful to the, something he doubted anybody else in the palace did. His good looks also helped. Anyways, he could ask about gossip and they would tell him. That was the extent of their relationship, but it was enough.
'And the world goes on.'
A smile spread across Rain's lips as he anticipated his journey. It was time to meet some new people.
