"What's wrong?" Odie tried not to glance at me, focusing on the roads. Neither of us knew the way, like everyone in the pack, and it was pitch black where we were.
"I don't know," I confessed, my brow furrowing as I gazed out the window. "I just… got a strange feeling, like something isn't right in the world."
That has been happening for the last ten minutes or so. I don't know where it's coming from, but I have a terrible feeling it's Ivan. Nothing can prove that, but my heart and instincts tell me I'm right. Unfortunately, he's not answering any calls or texts. I've tried a few times, but the app puts me through to his voicemail, which has a generic message. So, I'm currently pushing away any fear that he's in trouble.
"Is he not answering?" Odie saw the app as she turned down the mountain road. We were close to the Red Mountain, and I'd have to leave my worries till later.
