Mia continued to stay in contact with Brooker for a little while. They both had missions they wanted to complete at all cost; Mia needed Brooker to get access to the base, and Brooker, well he just wanted to have her in his bed.
Mia had managed to get all the information she need to infiltrate the base. Brooker had told her how the guards run their shifts and all the blind spots in the area. Feeling confident enough, Mia decided it was time to go ahead with the mission.
One afternoon, Mia called Brooker and asked him to come and pick her up in the evening. Brooker's heart jumped out of excitement; this was the opportunity he had been waiting for. For the first time, it was Mia who wanted to see him. He hoped that his persistence and charming self had finally got the job done.
