We were holding each others hand when we went down the stairs, i never thought even in my wildest dream that this day would really come.,naabutan namin sa baba si ate Naiana making breakfast for us while ate Elie and ate mary were busy helping my sister and also preparing for the veggies they will be needing for lunch dish.
Ang sarap lang sa pakiramdam at ang gaan gaan sa dibdib na kasama mo ang taong mahal mo sa iisang bahay at sabay kakain ng meals everyday or kahit na hindi araw araw atleast whats matter is that makakasabay mo siya sa iisang lamesa.. sapat na iyon.
Saktong tapos na si ate sa pagluluto nang marating na namin ang kusina kaya naman dumiretso na kami ng upo ni kailey since the table was already perfectly arranged.,
Sabay sabay na kaming dumulog sa hapag at kumain,,ate was busy assisting sammy with her meal and so i was with iana my daughter., tahimik kaming kumakain kasama ang tatlong kasambahay namin sa hapag.,I was enjoying the moment, pakiramdam ko isa kaming masayang pamilya..damn i will treasure this day for the rest of my life.
I was busy munching the fried rice and bacon when my sister catches my attention by using her teasing yet soft voice
"so what's with the scene i had caught last night? and ahmmm with the holding hands just earlier baby sis?" she teasingly asked.
I just rolled my eyes at her and grab some bacon and put it at iana's plate.,she just chuckled at my reaction while wiggling her brows at me, obviously she was teasing me.
On the other hand kailey cleared her throat, i lifted my gaze and look at her confusingly but she just drew a small smile at me.
She was about to speak when her phone suddenly rang so she just excuse her self instead and picked up her phone to answer the caller.
On my peripheral vision i saw her heading out the house.
"did you know that she begged at tito Ivan four years ago?" ate Naiana asked out of the blue., kumunot ang noo ko dahil doon, i turned to sammy and Iana but they were already at the sala watching peppa pig at their favorite's cartoon network.,
Kunot noo akong bumaling sa aking kapatid na ngayon ay mariin nang nakatitig sa akin.
"what do you mean ate?" i asked confusingly.,she heaved a heavy sigh and looked at me seriously in the eye.
"She tried to pay our debts Shan, she was willing to pay all our debts at the Yu's just to saved you from your upcoming wedding" she said and fuck my heart pounded too hard inside my ribcage at my sister's revelations.. what the hell!. Sa sobrang lakas ng pagkabog ng dibdib ko ay tila hindi na ako makahinga ng maayos but why i felt betrayed? bakit hindi nila sinabi sa akin ito? even her, my sister kept this for fucking 4 years... really? are they even real?.. damn!
"Why didn't you tell me about this ate? We made video calls almost a day for fucking 4 years pero never mong binanggit sa akin ito?" i suddenly felt upset and i can't hide it at the moment..,i believed i had the right to know about it right? it was about kailey the woman i love the most..damn it.!
Marahas nagtataas baba ang dibdib ko dahil sa biglaang pag akyat ng galit sa dibdib ko, all tgis years sinubukan na pala niya akong tulongan at alagaan but this sister of mine hid it from me, how dare her..i grip at the spoon i was holding as i was gritting my teeth and honestly wala na akong pakialam kahit pa lantaran ko nang pinapakita ang galit ko ngayon.. lintik!

"baby" it was kailey.,natigil sa pagsasalita si ate dahil sa biglaang pagsulpot ni kailey kasama ang tatlong lalaki..kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa mga lalaking nakasunod dito, i scanned the 3 men and i must say that they have a big and a body built that womens fantasizing for.,malalaki ang mga katawan nila at kung hindi ako nagkakamali ay umaabot ng anim na pulgada ang tangkad nila but who are they? what are they doing at my house?my brows creased.
"Ahmm baby they are your body guards" she said while scratching her nape.. what the heck! Oo nga pala nawala na sa isip ko ang tungkol dito, nabanggit na sa akin ito ni Kim kahapon but because of my overflowing happiness ay nakalimutan ko na..i didn't know that they were serious about this "body gruards" thing..
"Are you serious? tatlo talaga? what the hell" i didn't mean of cussing but damn, hindi ako sanay sa ganito ang may mga matang nakabantay at laging nakasunod sa akin.,
Though i really do appreciated her efforts but 3 body guards isn't too much? i mean siguro naman kahit isa lang okey na ehhh.,he could be my driver too atleast mas kumportable ako doon.
Huminga ako ng malalim at saka umiling iling.,kumunit ang noo siya habang nakatitig sa akin.
"baby this is for your own safety, i trust them dahil galing sila mismo sa agency ko, they got well trained too" sabi niya sa seryosong tono.
Andon na tayo, well trained sila but my point is iyong privacy ko., ano iyon sa bawat lakad ko kasama ko sila? they are men at nakakailang iyon lalo at halos kaesaran ko lamang sila damn it.!
Napaface palm na ako out of frustration, ate Naiana on the hand was staring at me worriedly, she was obviously against my refusal with these 3 mens to be my body guards.
"Shanaia Asher no but's please, this is not only for your own good but for iana as well, always think first about the safety of my niece for pete sake hindi natin alam kung ano tumatakbo sa utak nung taong baliw sayo" she even raises her voice at me,. but at some point she was right and i admit it..,hindi ko rin siguro kakayanin kapag may nangyaring masama sa anak ko nang dahil sa kapabayaan ko.
I am her mother so i should be the one thinking of her and keeping her safety at all cost,.i frustratedly released a heavy sigh and then nodded afterwards.
"okey but please iyong isa lang ang kasama namin sa sasakyan, ayaw ko namang matakot ang anak ko." pagsuko ko.
I could feel kailey breathed heavily and sighed deeply..,bumaling siya sa tatlong lalaki at sa isang nakasuot ng ripped jeans at red polo shirt nagfocus ang kanyang mga mata.
" you will drive them wherever they go, you will go inside the building where her office is, I want you to watch over them understood?" she said authoritatively at the man with red polo shirt.
Tumango tango ang lalaki sa kanya at bahagya pang nagbow sa harapan ni kailey., kapagdakay lumipat naman sa dalawa ang kanyang mata paglaon.
" and you two, always keep your eyes on them.,sa labas kayo ng building kung saan siya nagtatrabaho and always keep distance with them para hindi matakot ang bata, always check the area where they were currently staying and you know what to do when you see something suspicious understood?". firm niyang utos sa dalawa na nakasuot ng parehong puting polo shirt at ripped jeans.
Sana lang ang pagkakaroon ko ng body guards ay hindi lumala ang pagkabaliw ng kung sino mang lalaki o tao na iyon sa akin, dahil kapag ang anak ko na ang nadamay ay hindi ko na alam kung ano kaya kong gawin., my daughter is my home, she's my everything and she is my top priority kaya kahit labag sa loob ko ang magkaroon ng body guards ay tatanggapin ko para sa safety ng anak ko.
Madalas sa buhay natin maraming mga bagay ang mga nagyayari na wala sa ating control kaya wala tayong magagawa kung hindi ang tumanggap ng tulong mula sa iba para sa ikakabuti ng taong mahahalaga sayo.
