You might ask the reason why I came with Melisandre on this voyage. Well, it is a combination of boredom and curiosity. I'm not lying when I say that I can feel the energy coming from the east.
It was as if it was calling me from wherever it was.
Also, Alduin can sense what I'm sensing and has kept looking to the east for the past month. However, when I try to reach this energy, I meet with an invisible wall that keeps me away from getting closer.
I know it can be a trap, but I already have a few ways to escape that place quickly. It was the result of my research and experiment on my Space and Gravity magic. The first one is an offensive way.
I create a necklace that can release a coin-sized black hole that lasts for a few seconds on the target in my mind. I only need to crush it by pumping a lot of magic into it, and boom, black hole. I managed to create this by condensing a lot of gravity mana and putting it inside one hundred kilograms of Diamond.
The only reason why I can make it into a necklace is that I shrink it and make it lighter.
It takes years of dedication to keep feeding this weapon with my own mana so the other cannot use it. If I use the mana around me, the other can activate this weapon, and it will be bad.
The other one is a support-type spell that I created. It will let me and thirty of my men teleport back to Sol-Luna from wherever we are. It takes so long to make because it can punch through most of the barriers on the way to make sure I and the others survive.
I created this spell to open up a portal to Earth. However, I need to learn how to control the time so I do not step into my Earth a million times in the future rather than a few minutes after my death.
I also can cast this spell to send anything physical to space. That's right; I can even teleport my enemy to space. Sadly, I rather use this as an emergency retreat strategy because it takes a minute of chanting and concentration before I can cast it.
I look at the sky and take a deep breath. It's been seven days of sailing, and I can feel the tainted mana in the air get even stronger.
I look at the ship and can feel a lot of mana dancing around it, protecting the ship. I keep increasing the amount of mana of my spell to make sure our ship did not get destroyed on this voyage.
"Your highness! We will get inside the Smoking Sea!"
I snapped from my thoughts when the captain of the ship announced it. I look in the distance, and after a few minutes, our ship gets inside the massive smoke covering the entire island.
Urgh. Bloody hell. The smoke is worse than any smoke I ever smell.
I wave my hand, and a bubble of magic covers my entire ship. When I finished coating the entire ship, I could finally breathe normally.
I look at Melisandre and say.
"Where is it? Where should we go?"
The woman takes a deep breath and stays silent for a few seconds before saying.
"To the east, until we see a twin tower then we will go north."
I nod my head and inform the captain about it. As we continue to sail, I can feel something coming at us. I close my eyes and take a deep breath. I spread my mana around me, even underwater.
This technique was created by imitating submarine radar but a little more. It is more of echolocation that lets me see the general shape and size of anything that hits my mana. Sadly, it can be disturbed by people who know how to control mana.
That is why this technique was not really useful against my healer and magician. They can feel this technique and disturb it effortlessly.
However, it is used in places where there are not many things that can control mana with ease.
As I continue to spread my mana sense, I hit something. It was big, a massive creature. It has a long body and…
"Urgh!"
"Your highness!"
My people came to help me when I grunted.
"I'm okay. Tell the other something is coming and it was big. Tell the other to take out their weapon, the special kind of weapon. We will fight."

3rd POV|
The Marine on the ship is ready for the incoming attack, their king told them. They are wearing armor that Viserys personally makes for seafaring soldiers. It lets them float on the water and breathe underwater for twenty minutes before they need to return to the surface.
Their weapon is enchanted by magic that lets them pierce a lot of material. Even their arrow is enchanted using magic.
Their shield can block elemental attacks to a certain degree and protect them from poison, just like their armor.
Viserys looks at the water as he concentrates on the movement of the enemy coming at his ship. He can feel the creature swimming at fast speed, and Viserys looks at his crew before saying when it gets close enough.
"It's coming! Archer! Aim at seventy-five!"
The archers aim at the northeast and hold their arrows. A few seconds later, a massive serpent creature appeared from the water. This serpent has a dark purple scale and a massive four fangs.
On top of its body is a spike that drips poison like the one coming out from its fangs. The serpent has a blood-red pair of eyes that look at them as if they are prey that it will eat for its dinner after a long time.
*SHAAA*
Viserys looked at the serpent for a second before shouting.
"Fire!"
At his command, his crew fire arrows, and Viserys casts wind magic to accelerate the arrow.
The arrow manages to get inside the Serpent's mouth and pierce through the roof of its mouth. Just like that, Viserys and his crew get the first blood.
