Chapter 3 - The Human Princess

Luke rode on a red pony with a black mail after his father. He clutched the reins of his ride tightly as he scanned the surroundings for any imminent danger.

His pony snorts as it shook it's not gracefully. Luke smiled as he patted it's head softly before looking up to his father.

"Luke, stand still. I'll cast an in the area." Halifax smiled to Luke before snapping his fingers. In the next second a green light lit up the earth around the both of them in a fifty metre radius.

In a blink the green light turned red as Halifax drew out an arrow from his quiver before casting on himself.

Luke pulled his red pony called Red to the side before jumping off the saddle in a flash. His eyes had a gold glint in them as he focused his gaze ahead.

!

Luke saw a gang of goblins hiding in the bushes metres away. They were all wearing and had . Luke squints his eyes before firing an arrow at the closest goblin.

Whoosh~~~

Thwack!

The arrow went through armour and into skin as the goblin was sent hurtling into the air. The others all looked around as they all took battle stances.

Lucas narrowed his eyes as he completely ignored the approaching goblins. He wondered what does, but the goblins were already closing on him.

Halifax narrowed his eyes before activating his while looking in the direction his son was staring at. He grinned as he caught sight of four green goblins approaching them vigilantly.

"Daddy, would you mind if I kill those goblins?" Luke said with a broad grin as he straightened his pose before drawing back his arrow.

"Could I stop you even if I wanted? Fire away kiddo!" Halifax said before lowering his body and waving Luke off with an impatient look on his face.

Luke grinned as his hands turned into a blur. Arrows flew as bodies of goblins dropped to the ground. Halifax smiled broadly as he crossed his hands smugly with the words 'That's definitely my son' all over his face.

[Rank +1]

Luke smiled as he read the words on the screen that appeared before him after he had killed the goblins. He grinned profoundly as he finally understood the system.

Luke finally understood the concept behind the system. It was extremely simple and extraordinarily similar to a video game interface in his previous life.

Anything he killed would give him points which would be used to increase his ranking and strength. The points could only be earned through killing of monsters or completion of missions.

The main use of the system was to increase the growth rate of the user. Luke held his chin in thought as thoughts crossed his mind. His ears suddenly twitched as his head shot up.

[Mission – Annihilate the town of goblins]

[Description: A town of goblins have been located by your special hearing. They are harbouring a demon and are planning to attack a village which is important to the elven trades. Eliminate all of the goblins and don't let anyone live.]

[Reward - 1000 Exp; New Skill; New Title]

[Mission Deadline - 10days]

Luke tilts his head to the side in absolute confusion as he read the message. It seems like a goblin settlement was closeby, but Luke was wondering how he heard then from so far away.

"Well, it's time to go home. Good job dealing with those goblins."

Halifax patted Luke's shoulder before jumping back on his armoured white horse with a smile on his face. His horse neighed loudly as Halifax drew it by the head to the side.

Luke looked to his little red pony, then, back to his father's disappearing back before looking into the bushes. He let out a loud sigh before climbing onto his horse.

[Survive First Hunt!]

[Basic Skill — Eyes Of Chaos (Unlocked!)]

Luke grinned as he rode off after his father, his eyes glowing in a dark light. The world turned dark before him as he thought of what he would do and back to his first mission.

Get Strong Enough To Become A God...

While Luke was busy getting accustomed to his new life, a kingdom of humans in the west had bore a daughter and the entire human kingdoms were in total chaos.

In the king's chambers, on a black bed sat a little girl of about Luke's age. Her eyes were shut while her blood-red hair swayed slightly as she meditates.

A tall blonde haired man slammed the door open and walked into the room with a frown on his handsome breathtaking face. He was clad in a gold armour from head to toe and wielded a beautifully crafted silver sword.

"Nice to hear you again, General George." The girl said in soft silvery voice without lifting her eyelids nor moving an inch.

"Princess Fay, this is the last time! I never want to see you near a dungeon in your life ever again!" George roared in frustration as he looked down to the little girl silently cultivating her already monstrous amount of strength.

Ever since the princess unlocked her she had become a true pain. She would always disappear at home and appear at the dungeons, living a trail of dead monsters and coming home with tons of injuries.

The king warned George several times, and George warned Fay. It never stopped.

"Ohh, don't worry. You will never see me in a dungeon again. That's because this time I'll be using on myself, you won't even see my shadow. I assure you." Fay said with a smile as she opened her red mesmerising eyes.

A vein bulged out on George's forehead as he opened his mouth before shutting it back as no words escaped his lips. His hands twitched around his sword as he looked away with his face scarlet red.

"What? Did I make you mad?" Fay said with pursed lips as she tilts her head to the side while feigning confusion.

George breathed out sharply before turning to Fay and standing straight. His eyes twitched as he saw what the brat was doing.

Is she laughing?

George's brow twitched as his composure fell like a broken dam.

Fay rolled around in the bed while clutching her belly in laughter. Tears were already leaking out of her eye corners as she laughed heartily.

"Well Princess, I have good news. Your little crush, the elven prince will be coming over to the human continent in three weeks." George said with a genuine smile as he looked down to Fay who abruptly stopped laughing.

"Whoa, he'll really be here in three weeks." Fay held up three fingers with a smile on her face before continuing, "We must meet him! Oh, and I must be on my best dress."

We'll see how powerful the elves have become...
