Darkness.
Where am I? How am I still alive? Didn't that assassin kill me?!
Luke couldn't move or even open his eyes, but suddenly he could hear voices. He tried to speak, but all he could utter was a loud cry.
"It's a boy!"
"A boy? Let me see-oh let the mother have him first. He's so cute."
"That's my son, why won't he be as good looking as his father."
"Oh shut up, ya toad!"
Luke deduced from the way the voices spoke to each other, that he was in a gathering. He couldn't relate anything to why he was here.
Suddenly Luke felt like he was being lifted up to the sky, but was he unexpectedly being in the grasp of an unknown person.
Luke used all his willpower to open his eyes.
Light!
His big azure eyes shot open as he scanned the room with a curious look on his face. In the room was a tall man wearing luxurious emerald robes with absolute excitement visible on his face as he was engaged in a hot conversion with a tall slender woman who wore a plain white garment.
Luke looked down to see a lady laying on a bed with her body being covered by a blanket. She was an extremely beautiful woman who had pointed ears just like the man, her face was pale, her brows were knitted while a was frown on her face, with her blazing emerald eyes were radiating with happiness.
"Give him to me." She said as she turned and held out her hands with a smile on her face.
Luke was handed over to the woman almost instantly. She observed him with her eyes squinted while colour began to slightly enter her face.
Strange green marks were seen in her pupils as she stared deeply into Luke's eyes. Suddenly her smile grew as Luke was placed down carefully on a cradle besides her.
"He is a very powerful elf with the chaos element!" She said with her eyes blazing cheerfully.
"M-My son... Chaos element?!" The man was baffled as he stared at the seemingly weak and frail little baby laying peacefully on the bed, "I told you that he was special just like his father, Kate!"
The man puffed out his chest with his hands on his waist as he looked to the side, taking a heroic pose. The elven lady rolled her eyes before looking down to Luke.
"Why don't we name him Luke, isn't a good name Halifax?" She said as she averts her gaze from Luke who was happy inwardly.
He even got to keep his old name!
Luke closed his eyes as he began to process the information his now little and underdeveloped brain had released.
From what he knew, he had been reincarnated into another body in the elven kingdoms. His mother was named Kate while his father was named Halifax. He seemed to have a very powerful ability of the elves.
Luke wasn't a fool, he understood what was probably going on despite his limited knowledge on the world. He was given a second life by some god or creature and wasn't going to waste it.
Unlike his past life, he wouldn't waste this chance. He would train until he becomes strong enough to take revenge for that boy named Luke and protect his family.
Luke didn't even know when he fell asleep with all his planning, but for the first time since the day his parents died, he felt peace.
******
Four years have passed since the day Luke reincarnated into this body. He had been constantly training his body since he was born, making him one of the strongest kids at his age. He was very sure, he could take down an unsuspecting grown man in a single strike.
Right now he was sitting in a meditative pose with a strange black marking on his head fading and glowing in perfect synchronisation with his breathing. This had become a natural habit for Luke.
While other kids were busy playing, he would come here to meditate. He could feel his internal energy grow everytime he did this. Luke sighed as he slowly opened his eyes.
[Congratulations! You have awakened your Primordial Chaos System!]
"What is this?" Luke said as he held out his hands and tried to touched the transparent screen before him in curiosity.
[Quest — Get Strong Enough To Become A God]

[Quest Rewards: 5000 Exp]
[Quest Deadline: Fifty Years]
"What is this?!" Luke said as he instantly drew back his hands after reading what was written on the transparent screen.
Strong enough to become a god?
Luke tilts his head to the side in confusion as he looked at the message with a slight frown. Do every elf get this kind of system? Maybe I should ask my father.
As Luke rose up from his meditative pose the message instantly disappeared. Luke narrowed his eyes as he sat back in that pose again, but to his disappointment, the screen didn't appear.
"Luke, aren't going to go hunting with me today." Halifax called after Luke as he was busy strapping his quiver to his back.
"I will!" Luke said with genuine excitement as he shot up from his sitting position and dashed into his room. Despite his small and weak look, Luke had accumulated a monstrous amount of internal energy for someone of his age, making him able to run at full speed for a long period of time before tiring out.
Luke completely forgot about the strange screen as he dashed around in his room. Clothes were sent flying as he searched for his suit.
His eyes fell on average green box with his name 'LUKE' written on it with gold ink. He sighed as he padded up to the box before tracing the edges with his index finger.
The writing glowed brightly as the top of the box automatically shot open. There was a folded piece of paper at the top of some clothes in which his mother had psersonally bought for him.
Immediately he touched the clothes, the screen appeared before his eyes again.
Elven Equipment (Unequiped):
Elven Gloves — Rank 1: +1 Dexterity
Elven Shirt — Rank 0: +1 Defence
Elven Boots — Rank 2: +2 Speed
Elven Bow — Rank 2: +10 Strength
Luke fell into a deep thought as the screen appeared once again. He then proceeded to lift his hands from the clothes and as expected the screen instantly disappeared.
'Equipment...' Luke thought as he squints his eyes. Surprisingly the transparent white screen popped up before his eyes.
Elven Equipment (Unequiped):
Elven Gloves — Rank 1: +1 Dexterity
Elven Shirt — Rank 0: +1 Defence
Elven Boots — Rank 2: +2 Speed
Elven Bow — Rank 2: +10 Strength
Luke found this kind of screen somewhat familiar to something in his past life, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. His eyes were narrowed even slimmer as he rested his head on his chin.
A-A video game!
He was dumbstruck as the thought crossed his mind. The
Cosmic Raiders.
He wasn't a master player, but he still had average experience in the game. Racking his brain for a few seconds he finally thought:
'Stats Window?'
A white screen appeared before him, telling him about all his current stats as of now...

Luke read the words on the screen slowly as he held his chin. He thought hard, but he knew he had more important things that this to attend to.
"Luke!"
Luke instantly turned into a blur as he began to put the clothes on his body. He grabbed the bow tightly and pulled the string back a couple of times before nodding to himself in amazement.
Elven Set — Rank 3 - (Equiped): +1 Defence
Lucas ignored the screen as he dashed out of the house with a smile. His black hair swayed to the side as he stopped before Halifax, his father.
"Well, my little prince. I hope you have trained well, because today, we're going hunting." Halifax said with a smile as he stood straight and walked away in an elegant manner.
It was no use to try imitating him, Luke knew that was a high ranked skill taught specially to kings. It had a special effect on those who had a weak mind as they were sometimes compelled to follow.
Luke shook his head as he followed his father with a proud look on his face. It was nothing like the highly envied
Halifax smiled at this. It seemed his son would become a very powerful and extremely wise king in the future.
Luke on the other hand was imitating the
