Later in the evening Li Xiang arranged a meeting between Villa Builders (PVT) LTD and YX Corporation.
Villa Builders (PVT) LTD is a reputable construction company which had a successful reign in their industry for more than 25 years. They had built more than 35% of high-end villas in the capital. Recently they are facing some hardships in management due to losing their old shipping partner. Their supply of raw materials had been stuck as their ex-shipping collaborators had gone bankrupt. Because of this they had to stop one of their biggest projects in the year, which is the villa in the southern mountain range in Beijing. So, Villa Builders had been trying to secure a collaboration with YX shipping for more than 2 weeks now.
But they weren't successful so far. YX corporation has a meticulous process of selecting their collaborators for their shipping company. Once a company request for a collaboration YX gather all information about that company. Then they check them for whether they have enough capital chain to run a collaboration, their loyalty for their ex partners, stability of their management, what they transport by ships etc.. After a whole check out passed company deals will be given to Long Yi Chen directly. Then he will decide more on whether to carry out the collaboration or not. The companies which lost in the process will be notified directly and will lose the chance collaborate with YX. However, if they feel like the any company is suitable for a partnership despite losing in the process that deal will be brought to notice of Li Xiang. Then Li Xiang will do a reassess by himself and inform Long Yi Chen of the results.
Villa Builders lose on the process of assessment. But the reason being reject is being small one Li Xiang did a reassessment and informed Long Yi Chen. Initially Long Yi Chen wanted to reject the collaboration but remembering the faltered villa in southern mountain range, he got a plan.
In one of the board rooms in the YX corporation the chairman, CEO and some other executives of Villa Builders were being escorted inside. Inside the spacious room had a long meeting table with more than 8 seats arranged. One of the ends of the room had a huge screen and projector was hanging in the ceiling in front of the screen. Other than people from Villa Builders, Li Xiang and another secretary from YX there wasn't anyone in the room.
"Please take a seat. The meeting will start over shortly." Li Xiang said showing the seats for them.
Then he switched on a device which was set at the front end of the table where the YX's chairman's seat was arranged. Then he prepared his laptop and took a seat next to the empty chairman seat.
"As you know our chairman likes keep his identity as a secret. So, he will conduct the meeting remotely. We are currently being monitored through the CCTV cameras by him." Li Xiang said showing the security cameras around the room. Then the device in front of empty chairman seat made a noise.
"Good evening let's start the meeting. I think you already know who I am. I'm the Chairman-president of YX Corporation. Li Xiang carry on." Long Yi Chen's voice which was changed by voice changing device was heard through the room.
"Yes sir." Nodding his head Li Xiang said to the people from Villa Builders, "you can present us your collaboration plan now."
Then one of the executives from Villa Builders did a presentation using the projector about the plan they created.
"Good plan. But unfortunately, the amount didn't satisfy me." Long Yi Chen said indifferently.
"We can adjust the amount after a negotiation. There wouldn't be any issue in that sir. I can assure you that." Chairman from the Villa Builders said showing his flexibility.
"I'm not interest in money right now. Instead of your deal I'll give a deal. How does that sound?" Long Yi Chen's voice rang out from the device again.
"Sir?" The chairman sounded confused.
"I'll give you our shipping service for a year without charges. Instead, you need to give me the property ownership you have in southern mountain range in Beijing." Long Yi Chen's voice sounded firm. That wasn't a question but more like an order.
For a few seconds even Li Xiang left stunned let alone the people from Villa Builders. But he recovered suddenly as, he expected that Long Yi Chen had a plan in his mind since getting ordered to arrange the meeting.
"But southern mountain range is one of our biggest projects this year." One of the executives objected at once.
Long Yi Chen didn't give any comment on that. The executives carried on discussing among themselves. Some of them thought it was good deal as the project itself was costly and they were afraid they wouldn't gain any profit out of it. In other hand they get one year of shipping service free of charge. Yet some of the showed disagreement saying that losing the biggest project of the year will bring harm to the company.
The noise carried on for more than 10 minutes. But people from YX didn't utter a word whole time. Long Yi Chen didn't care the disagreement of executives. He is waiting for a decision from the chairman. After few more minutes the chairman spoke out silencing all executives present.
"I agree."
Whole room became silent. After few seconds of silent some executives complained to chairman telling him to disagree.
"No more words. I agree to this deal."
"You sure?" Finally Long Yi Chen spoke.
"More than ever." The chairman from Villa Builders sounded firmer and stronger.
"Good. I like people like you. Then Li Xiang will carry on the legalities and formalities."
"Yes sir. I'll carry on" Li Xiang said respectfully.
Then light of the device went out indicating that Long Yi Chen went offline.
"Misters lets carry on. Our chairman appreciates if we complete the collaboration completely by tomorrow afternoon."
Like that Long Yi Chen bought over one of the best mountain ranges for civilization around Beijing.
