Dabi (Paranormal Liberation War Arc)
Dabi, also known as Blueflame, is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains and was a member of the organization's Vanguard Action Squad. Later on, his organization and the Meta Liberation Army merged into the Paranormal Liberation Front, and became one of its nine lieutenants. Later, it's revealed that his true identity is Toya Todoroki, Endeavor's eldest son and the long-lost older brother of Shoto Todoroki. He was born with a fiery Quirk with the potential to be even more powerful than his father's and was thus trained by Endeavor with the hope that Toya would crush all of his jealousy, hatred, and regrets. However, Toya was burned by his own power while training alone in a fireproof room, and was assumed dead after only a piece of his lower jaw bone was found. He now seeks revenge against his former family by destroying Hero Society and ruining his father's legacy, regardless of innocent lives being involved.
Sozin's Comet Azula
Azula was the princess of the Fire Nation, daughter of Fire Lord Ozai and Ursa, younger sister of Zuko, and older half-sister of Kiyi. She was a key adversary of Team Avatar, chasing Avatar Aang and her banished brother far across the Earth Kingdom accompanied by her then two best friends, Mai and Ty Lee. A firebending prodigy, Azula was sadistic, manipulative, and obsessed with power. She was a skilled strategist who orchestrated the coup of the Earth Kingdom capital, Ba Sing Se, and halted the invasion on the Day of Black Sun. Azula harbored deep mental instabilities, believing her mother loved Zuko more than her. Raised by her father in an environment without a mother-figure, Azula had to be nothing less than perfect in her father's eyes in order to gain affection and attention from him. After the betrayal of her two closest friends Mai and Ty Lee, these instabilities were brought up to the surface. Upon the arrival of Sozin's Comet, Azula was soon to be crowned Fire Lord; however, her defeat at the hands of her brother Zuko and Katara caused her to suffer a complete mental breakdown.
TOYA TODOROKI (My Hero Academia Manga)
Powers and Abilities
Overall Abilities: Having been trained by his father, Endeavor, at a young age, Dabi has proven to be a powerful villain, being one of the strongest members of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad, as well as its de facto leader. After joining the League, Dabi killed over thirty people, garnering a reputation as a dangerous criminal and a mass murderer. Dabi has an effective handle on his powerful, yet hazardous Quirk, which not only grants him control over his self-generated blue flames that are stronger than normal flames, due to hating his father, but also proficient wide-range capabilities. Dabi primarily fights from a distance, shooting fireballs, generating flamethrower attacks, and releasing bursts of fire when at close range. His basic offense is using the brute force of his Quirk to overwhelm his enemies. Defensively, Dabi can burn away attacks and even generate massive walls of fire to surround his targets. With this skill and power, he can incinerate an entire group of opponents in mere seconds. Overall, Dabi has the capacity to contend with a multitude of adversaries who outnumber him.
Enhanced Stamina: In spite of his disheveled body and Quirk drawbacks, Dabi is fairly effective at enduring battles with heavy injuries. Most notably, when his own flames begin to eat away at his body from overuse, Dabi continues to battle and use his volatile Quirk, ignoring the probable self-cremation he could face.
Cold Resistance: Dabi is resistant to extreme cold or ice-based attacks, a trait he inherited from his mother. This gave Dabi an advantage during his fight with Geten.
Keen Intellect: Possessing good judgment, Dabi is a very keen individual, observant of everything around him, whether he's reading someone's intentions or weaknesses. Dabi is also known for psychologically engaging enemies, questioning their motives and morality during combat. This is an entirely tactical maneuver for buying time since it compliments Dabi's weakness of his flames hurting his own body over time.
Cremation: Dabi's Quirk grants him the ability to generate highly destructive blue flames from his body. He has very well-developed control of his flames and can project them a fair distance from himself and in large amounts. Furthermore, his flames possess greater firepower than that of his father, Endeavor's Hellflame Quirk, and they become even stronger when Dabi feels strong emotions. However, Dabi's body has a low tolerance for his own flames, due to inheriting his mother's resistance to freezing temperatures, rather than his father's resistance to high heat, and he will get burned if he uses them for prolonged periods of time.
Flashfire Fist: Endeavor's signature technique, later passed down to Dabi himself. Dabi raises his fire's temperature to its highest level and maximizes his power. Doing so, Dabi can unleash devastating flame attacks or increase his speed dramatically.
Jet Burn: This attack allows Dabi to shoot out a blast of fire at his desired target. This attack is quite powerful, as it was shown to critically wound Shoto, knocking him unconscious. Dabi used the move against his youngest brother during the war on the Paranormal Liberation Front. Unlike his father, Dabi only shoots his fire rather than making direct contact with his opponent.
Prominence Burn: This attack allows Dabi to launch a massive, concentrated beam of fire from his entire body that is able to vaporize his target. Dabi nearly used this move at full power against Endeavor but was intercepted by the sudden arrival of Best Jeanist on the battlefield.
FEATS
Easily vaporized a large amount of ice in his fight with Geten. Stated that his fire is superior in strength to Geten's ice, who could shatter several city blocks as a simple demonstration of his power. His Quirk was stated to have the potential to be even more powerful than Endeavor's Hellflame.
Able to use the technique Prominence Burn, an attack with a temperature so high that it can burn characters close to All Might's level. Capable of keeping up with Shoto in the Paranormal Liberation War. Performed his Jet Burn faster than Shoto, which ended up giving him the victory.
SOZIN'S COMET AZULA (The Last Airbender)
Powers and Abilities
Firebending: Azula was one of the most skilled firebenders of her time, recognized as a prodigy by both Ozai and Zuko. The most notable feature of Azula's bending was her ability to create blue flames, which are much more intense than the red, orange, and yellow flames normally used by firebenders, though she was only known to bend normal colored fire during her childhood. Azula also used her flames in inventive ways, such as creating jets of flames, whirling disks, and blades of fire. She often firebent using only two fingers, rather than with a closed fist or open hand as was commonly used by other firebenders. Also notable was her ability to produce a greater amount of flames than most firebenders without tiring, and she was able to maintain successive assaults for long durations of time. She was proficient in the highly difficult technique of generating lightning, a sub-skill of firebending, displaying a fine control of this skill. After learning of the ability to also redirect lightning, she applied herself to the technique and came to master it as well.
Intelligence: Azula was an extremely intelligent and cunning strategist. She was also a highly studious girl. Since childhood, she was well-versed in her nation's military history as she successfully recounted Fire Lord Sozin's strategy in an old battle. She planned a trap for Iroh and Zuko, which was only accidentally foiled by the captain of her ship. She immediately discerned the Avatar's plan to mislead her with a false trail. She also displayed incredible fighting prowess in learning the fighting styles of her foes, such as the sweeping wind kick ability displayed by Aang against her during the battle of the drill. She imitated it in the form of a sweeping fire kick during her battle with the Kyoshi warriors tending to Appa, utilizing that move to end her battle with Suki. With the Kyoshi warriors finally captured, Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai used their robes, stealing their identities to freely enter Ba Sing Se and the Earth King's palace, beginning her coup against the Earth King. This coup was single-handedly orchestrated by her, winning Ba Sing Se for the Fire Nation. During the Day of Black Sun, she laid a trap for Aang and his friends using Dai Li agents in the Fire Lord's throne room, ensuring that the eclipse time would be used up. She also displayed the ability to be so extremely capable of lying effectively that even Toph could not sense it regardless of how blatant the lie was, showing that Azula did not feel remorse for lying or many of her other actions. She also displayed an ability to realize whether or not someone was telling the truth, stating simply that she was a "people person". Azula's intelligence made her very skillful in manipulating people. She used this skill on many subjects, including her brother Zuko, her mother Ursa, Long Feng, the Dai Li, and even her father to an extent.
Unarmed Combat: zula's high-level skill in unarmed combat was displayed several times during the series. She easily avoided Zuko's frenzied knife attacks without the use of firebending, guiding his hands off course. Later, she proceeded to disarm Suki and knocked her off her feet without bending. She also had some skill with hidden weaponry, as she intended on using a shuriken knife during the eclipse. Her acrobatics and use of a hidden shuriken knife were apparently skills she picked up from Ty Lee and Mai, respectively. Azula was very agile as she was able to run up walls and perform mid-air twirls. She dodged Aang and Toph's bending attacks with little to no effort using high jumps like Ty Lee, ultimately making Aang admit she was too fast to hit. Her physical strength was also adept as she could perform a planche, supporting her body in a horizontal position just by using her arms, with little effort.
FEATS
Held encyclopedic knowledge of military history as well as being noted as a prodigy in firebending. Master manipulator and spy, who managed to infiltrate the Earth Kingdom as well as manipulate the Dai Li in order to take control of the Earth Kingdom.
Outsmarted Team Avatar and cornered them numerous times. Easily dodged Zuko's attacks in their first battle and can avoid attacks from both Zuko and Aang at once. Even while losing her mind, Azula gets Zuko to accept a 1v1 battle with her so that she does not need to fight a 2v1.
