Once she was blasted back, she rushed in again, but this time while using her blade with all her strength. Even though Jake wasn't using too much mana in his hands, the attack was extremely hard to defend against.
Jake used the steps of flowing water to dodge some of her attacks while using the Advanced Boxing Technique to attack her shoulder and abdomen. Some of it managed to get through her defense, but a lot of it was defended against.
It seemed like fighting Kyle had presented Amelia with a powerful sense of her own. She was able to easily defend against most of Jake's moves. Jake had to constantly switch in between his boxing arts just to get in a punch on her abdomen or stomach as those were the only two spots open in the middle of their clash.
