Jake was surprised that the system mentioned surviving rather than defeating Amelia. It clearly meant that the system classified Amelia as an unbeatable enemy at Jake's current stage. This was a surprise for him, but soon he found out why.
Amelia screamed at a loud voice before waving the sword in Jake's direction. Jake instinctively jumped aside and the very next second a huge wave of energy passed through space, annihilating everything in its path.
