Jake exited the room just to find Rogers waiting for him.
"Congratulations on winning the tournament. I am here to accompany you to the venue of your coronation as the champion. Your rewards will be presented right in front of everyone and a banquet will be held on the occasion of your victory." Rogers said.
Jake nodded his head and followed him. There was silence at the beginning, but Rogers seemed to be struggling to say anything. After some time he wasn't able to hold his breath back.
"I would like to be frank with you. I personally decided to accompany you because I want to extend a serious invitation to you on behalf of the military. We will try our best to satisfy all your demands and match every offer that the other powers present to you. I hope you will consider my offer on a serious note before deciding on which power to join." Rogers said.
