Luke got down the stage and went to the resting area accompanied by healers who would make sure to bring him to a condition where he can participate in the upcoming matches.
Mona was heavily injured too and had to be taken back to the infirmary to undergo a healing procedure. Jake simply looked at Luke with excitement in his eyes. He couldn't wait to fight against him.
The next fight was between the only other non-awakened and a water type awakened. It was a fight which Jake was looking forward to. To be able to make it to the quarterfinals showed his ability as a contender. The same went for the water type awakened also, but Leon wasn't too concerned about him, as single element awakened of the same level as Mona didn't impress him anymore.
