If one tried to detect the surroundings, all they could see would be darkness, pitch-black darkness that seemed to be never-ending covering everything in its path like the dawn of the abyss itself.
But if one were to closely observe, they would see 3 dim lights, lights sharp enough to pierce your soul with just a glance. These lights, that seemed to surface from 3 bodies that looked shockingly similar with only the color of their eyes to distinguish them.
The body with sparkling red ruby-like eyes which seemed to devour everything it could see, like it were made from blood itself, like the demon had itself ascended from hell to reap out your soul appeared lifeless with its dim eyes barely open, seemingly unconscious was lying in a corner of the darkroom.
While another body with golden eyes more majestic than anything you could ever imagine appeared to be lethargic, giving away the feeling that it was tired, worn out, and sick of the world, like those golden eyes, had seen everything there was to see and had already experienced everything the world had to give him with nothing new left to be seen.
One could even say, the only thing holding him from falling down from the weariness was sheer willpower, as he looked towards the body with green emerald like eyes, innocent eyes that had yet to see the world as he said his last words before falling into a long deep or maybe eternal slumber, "What is meant to be will always find its way to you, you can't run away from your destiny but I wish that may you bloom ever so brightly from it."
As he said these words, he fell unconscious to another corner of the dark-room which now had only a single source of enlightenment, the sole source of illumination, the only escape from the darkness of the abyss being the small boy of around 12-13 years with a pair of green eyes that seemed to be a blank slate ready to indulge in the colors of what was to come.
As the other two lights slowly faded as they closed their eyes for a long rest, the green emerald-like eyes filled with pureness shone ever so brightly, full of energy and anticipation of what was to come when he heard a familiar noise.
Although he knew this was his first time hearing anything at all but he still felt that the noise he heard was something he had been hearing since a long long time. as though clearing his doubt, the noise came once more...
Ding!
