LISA
As I hear that beautiful voice on the radio again, telling me that the enemy plane is down, it feels like I can live again. I turn around and say it to my supervisor. Everyone cheers as every plane that we get down are seen as a victory.
"We hear you loud and clear. Over"
I want to tell him congratulations and I am so happy that is still alive. But before I could have any other thoughts I hear him say.
"Tower we have spotted the next enemy plane and we are engaging. Over"
All that nervousness comes back again and I keep on praying that he would not have some sort of an attack again. I hope that he will see this mission through and come back successful but most of all alive.
