"Fine, it's not like you knowing this information will affect me in any way."
Alina already had a general idea of what happened to Cinder's siblings from their last encounter, but not in great detail.
Taking a deep breath before sighing once more, Cinder spoke.
"I guess I should start with my little sister." Cinder said with sadness hidden beneath his lifeless expression.
"My.....guardians sent Grace away one day out of the blue, after that, I took my brother, some money, and ran away. Half a year later, I found out what happened to my dear Grace." Cinder's lifeless expression started to give way to utter sadness.
Alina and Victoria held Cinder tighter; they both could feel Cinder's storm of emotions, helplessness, anger, hatred, sadness, and loneliness.
"I...I..found her in a black trash bag across town stuffed into a dumpster in some nameless alley." A single tear went down Cinder's grief-stricken face.
"After giving Grace a proper burial, I started to work myself to death trying to provide Leylin with a better chance at life than Grace and me." Taking another deep breath, Cinder continued."Another six months past and I was brought here."
Cinder closed his eyes and took deep breaths to regain his composure after finishing his story. Meanwhile, both girls' eyes never stopped spilling tears; Cinder's story made one question if humanity was worth fighting for.

"It would seem there shouldn't be any room for concern of them not working together, with their emotions linked and soon thoughts, they will be inseparable." Chris said with a joyful expression.
"We can only hope. I'm just glad those two girls didn't try and kill each other." Resonped Natalie.
"Yes, it would seem the repulsion those two feel towards each other will soon dissipate entirely and turn into a strong camaraderie."
"I wish we could hear what they're saying." Nick said with an inquiring expression.
None of the doctors could hear Cinder, Alina, and Victoria's conversation; they were talking so low that only a superhuman could listen to them.
"Leave them be, for now; let them bond and grow more attached to each other."
"Agreed."
"I believe the best course of action is to stay with us, Doctor Natalie, since Lucifer is no more."
Before responding, Natalie sighed. "I would have to agree with your sentiment Doctor Chris."
Chris smiled with even more joy than before; now, he could monitor Lilith and tweak her to his liking if need be.

After calming himself down, Cinder watched as the two strangers or future companions cried their hearts out with no end in sight. Maybe Cinder should feel happy that these two beautiful girls cared some much about his plight, but he didn't feel much of anything at all. There seemed to be a void in Cinder's heart that kept getting bigger and bigger, and as this hole got more prominent, Cinder's emotions seemed to dissipate. Cinder didn't see anything abnormal with himself, so he chose to ignore this odd occurrence, but Alina and Victoria didn't; unlike Cinder, they both kept their original emotions; maybe being perfect required one to leave behind their feelings. At least that's what Doctor Chirs thought on this subject.
Seeing no end to their endless crying, Cinder asked with a deadpan expression.
"...Can you two let go now?"
(Alina & Victoria) "NO!"
This moment looked relatively enduring from the outside perspective if one ignored Cinder's expression. As seconds turned into minutes, the girls' grip never once loosened but tightened; if Cinder were still a human, he would've probably died at this point, choking on his own blood. After fifteen more minutes, Cinder finally said something to try and appease these tactless girls.
"Huh, can you guys think for one second here? We're all probably going to be forced to stay together for the foreseeable future, so you can pity me later. Since we're all sharing, why don't you two start narrating your backstories."
Alina and Victoria finally let go of Cinder after another five minutes of silence, but they were still within hugging distance if need be, and of course, they wouldn't let Cinder move.
"That's fair." Wiping her tears away, Victoria started talking about herself.
"I come from a prestigious family; I can't really complain about my life; I had dotting maids and butlers who loved and treasured me; I couldn't be happier to have met them. If I had one complaint about my life, it would have to be my parents' absence; I can count on my hand how many times I've seen them."
Victoria's gaze lingered on Cinder only to be disappointed by his listless eyes. Victoria started to feel a little frustrated with Cinder for his uncaring nature. Didn't she just cry her eyes out for this man? Victoria immediately removed those nasty thoughts from her head while letting out a deep sigh.
'What am I getting frustrated over? I'm the one getting ahead of myself. He still sees me as a nuisance; I need to get my ducks in a row before confronting another situation like this.'
After finishing her inner monologue, Victoria motioned Alina to take the plate.
"Well, besides being on the basketball team and getting good grades, my life is pretty standard. I have a loving father, mother, and a cute little brother who adores me." Alina started to chuckle, thinking of her adorable younger brother.
Before anyone could get another word out, the intercom turned on.
"I think we should wrap this party up, but don't worry, you will all meet again in no time. Also, don't eat Lucifer's corpse!"
After saying his piece, Chris started to show Natalie around the facility to get acquainted with her new work environment.
Guards had already started to flood the room taking Cinder, Victoria, and Alina to their respective rooms. However, even though countless metallic walls separated them, they could still feel each others' presence and share each others' well being through their emotions.
