Riley sighs as he lifts the sniper rifle rather than his horde buster. Riley slowly scans the sea of zombies trying to determine where they are coming from. After about 20 minutes of this Riley succumbs to his bloodlust and begins shooting zombies. After each shot he watches the area around the zombie to see how the horde moves as it closes in on the police station. Movement catches Riley's attention and he raises the rifle to a bloody window. "They are coming from the buildings?" Riley asks himself curiously as he scans several windows of the building at his far right. Each floor has several zombies crowded around. "So you ran out of room for survivors and had them start staying in the near by buildings and when shit fucked itself everyone was zombified and probably just stayed put when they ran out of food and screaming people." Riley muses as he shoots a zombie through the window. "Oh fuck almost forgot." Riley says reaching into his pocket and takes more penicillin. "Okay i brought about 1000 rounds for this rifle lets rack em up guys." Riley chuckles. Riley ignores the parking lot and surrounding street for the time being, deciding to clear as much of the building as he can. "250 dead fucks." Riley mumbles. Setting his rifle aside he decides to grab some food and see if he might be able to make light so he can continue at night. In the lobby he notices the glass of the doors and wall at the entrance is beginning to crack substantially. "I need to set up a worst case scenario." Riley groans. Riley sweeps all the offices and searches more desks and piles them in front of the door and back to the reception desk now laden with loaded guns and magazines. "As good as it will get for now." Riley says setting his horde buster and a bag filled with cases of bullets and speed loaders. Riley takes the sniper rifle he found in an office by a cabinet and checks it. "This will work for my night fight." Riley says laughing. The scope on the bolt action rifle is a night vision scope. Riley returns to the roof and begins killing the zombies close to the entrance, completely forgetting to eat. As Riley kills the zombies he notices that if done right he can make a pile and a thought occurs to him. "I wonder if I can make a corpse barricade?" Riley asks the dead officer he had slid close by and propped against the wall. Carefully Riley begins placing shots in an effort to try this barrier of corpses idea.
"610 dead fucks." Riley mumbles. His barricade is beginning to take shape ever so slowly however he doesn't appear to be running low on zombies anytime soon and aside from the ever pending chance they may gain entry Riley is enjoying himself. As he is resuming his murderfest Riley notices a slightly faster movement and once he zeroes in on it finds a zombie dog moving to the entrance. It never makes it past the pile. "616 dead fucks." Riley laughs. The boy marksman has developed quite a loathing for animals, if anyone in the clan were to try and bring an animal into crystal lake Riley would probably kill it in all fair honesty just on the slight chance it would become a zombie. Riley continues shooting selectively to build his barrier until it is about 3 feet tall and stretches in a slight curve in front of the entrance. The sun is beginning to set so Riley sets the semi auto 308. Aside and lifts the bolt action. "Fucking hell." Riley groans realizing this scope needs to be dialed in badly. His mood dips slightly as he misses 2 shots while they did still kill the target the bullet didn't hit where he was actually aiming. By the third shot however it is right where he wants it and the joy returns. "1182 dead fucks, fucking hell there are a lot of you bitches." Riley says to his dead companion. "Say Ethan I've noticed that you guys are in fact rotting and when I kill you that doesn't change, do you think my nose is broken or something? cause i don't really seem to notice any smell." Riley says to the corpse. "Maybe I spend too much time being covered in zombie goo." Riley shrugs, raising the rifle and killing away to his heart's content. He still adds to his pile in an attempt to barricade the police station but as it grows darker he just starts killing anywhere in his field of view. Every 2 zombies added to the barricade successfully Riley treats himself to 1 in the surrounding buildings. As the barricade grows taller, getting the zombies to fall correctly onto the pile becomes more and more difficult. "I don't know Ethan, may be as big as it gets." Riley muses before shooting a zombie impaled with a piece of 2x4 plank. "What's that? make another pile behind that one?" Riley asks. "Why Ethan, you devious little bastard I think I will." Riley laughs. Riley begins shooting so that he can make a second barricade. "You know the further away it is the easier it's getting maybe because not pretty much straight down, What do you think Ethan?" Riley asks. "Yeah I suppose it doesn't matter as long as it works." Riley sighs. "Gonna need to go get more bullets soon bud." Riley says looking at his dwindling supply. As Riley turns to head inside for ammo he hears a loud crack and glass shattering. "Fuck!" Riley shouts, dropping the rifle and bolting down stairs.
