Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Ranking Test

"The Ranking Test is divided into 3 stages," The S-Class Aeon and Overseer of The Ranking Test, Seo-Jun said. "The Strength Test, The Reaction Test, and The Agility Test."

"Look, isn't that S-Rank Aeon and Guildmaster of the Sunfire Guild, Seo-Jun Chang?" People were asking.

Sung-Ho crossed his arms with a sigh. At level 27, he was at least D Rank, he thought. Maybe more.

Seo-Jun seemed to be around his age, 20. She has long, brown hair, and her skin seemed a warm, rose beige colour with a smile that brightened people's days.

"The first test will begin shortly." Seo-Jun said.

They were all led into a room, with white walls, floor, and ceiling.

There was a meter in the middle of the room, and something which you had to punch.

Sung-Ho was going first. He pulled his arm back, before punching the meter.

"Your score is 750. Time to move onto the Reaction Test."

The room they were walked into was filled with moss and dirt, and in the middle there was a giant tree, which would be attacking them with branches and vines in order to test their reaction speed.

"I'm going to start it now." Seo-Jun told him.

The Tree gave him a crooked smile, and it begun swinging at him.

Sung-Ho leapt over a branch that swung at his feet, and ducked under one that tried to hit him in the head.

"Tch!" He grunted. 'Damn, this is hard.' He thought to himself.

'He's actually doing quite well,' Seo-Jun thought. 'Most would have been hit by now.'

Continually dodging was making him tired.

[Skill: Evade Lv1>Lv2!]

He tilted his head slightly to the side to dodged a jab.

"Time for the agility test now." He huffed. Man, that was tiring.

"For the agility test," Seo-Jun told everyone "You must run away from a magma cheetah. However long you hold on for counts towards your total score."

The Magma Cheetahs were let loose on them, and Sung-Ho started sprinting, and the Cheetah was nowhere near him.

After a few minutes, he breathed.

"I'm done running away. You better get ready, cheetah, because I'm gonna be chasing YOU!" He said, and then started running after the cheetah, around in circles. The Cheetah eventually became tired out, at which point, it's Beast Tamer said "Please, stop! My poor cheetah's had enough!"

"Now, time for the real test."

"The fight test."
