Meanwhile, in the Reign family.....
"This suit is just going to look perfect on you bro!". Jeremy's cousin, Bernard said to him. Jeremy who had just been nonchalant and didn't bother to listen to all his cousin had to say, finally took a look at the expensive suit that was placed at the opposite direction of his bed. "Indeed Bernard,it looks really nice!". He said and turned his head to another direction. He had finally said something after thirty minutes of ignoring his cousin.
"You have to get ready on time, you wouldn't want your bride to get there and be waiting for you!". Jeremy flashed a smile. "Maybe that's what I'm gonna do". "You're kidding right?". Jeremy didn't respond to his question, he just walked away heading towards the bathroom. "I don't seem to understand this cousin of mine!!". For over the years, he had tried to understand his cousin. You could hardly predict his state of mood. Bernard couldn't predict his next action. He wasn't sad or happy. He was just neutral.
As a soon-to-be married man, Jeremy was expected to show a state of excitedness or happiness but unfortunately, this particular groom didn't show any open expressive mood. Everyone in the Reign family always knew Jeremy as a secluded person who never really cared much about others. To them, Jeremy getting married was a sign of relief. Having the sense that he would be a husband and a future father would probably bring him out of his shell. So they all thought, but he didn't really care.
After having his bath, the young man picked up the suit and headed to the dressing room to get dressed. He knew that as the groom, he wasn't expected to arrive late to the wedding at the church. Meanwhile, Bernard had left the room to get himself ready.
Few minutes later, he came out dressed in the suit. He looked gorgeous. Jeremy left the room. Bernard came to join him from behind. "Looking good bro!". Jeremy smirked at him. They headed downstairs to join everyone.
They were welcomed by their family members. "You look really good my boy!" Mr Reign commented on his son's appearance. "Thanks Dad" he replied with a courtesy. Everyone tried to read his mood but as usual, no one could read anything.
The Reign family were finally ready and they all headed to the cars parked outside the house. They all boarded the cars. Jeremy and his parents followed a Limousine. It was so amazing that these people were not rulers in the state but their power and affluence spoke!
The fleet of cars left the compound as they all headed to the church location. "How do you feel son?" Mrs Reign asked her son. He smiled at her and replied "Fine mum". "I'm so happy for you my dear". Jeremy smiled at his mum and hugged her.
