The cloaked figure stood in front of the Professor and starred directly into his eyes. His face became visible as the moon shined onto him. He had a pristine face that made him extremely handsome. There were no marks, and everything seemed to be perfect on his face. He had golden blonde hair and dark blue eyes that seemed to change to a light shade of red ever second or two.
His physique was barely visible under the cloak, but the Professor could tell from years of experience that the man standing in front of him was extremely dangerous. He seemed to have an aura around that screamed death to the Professor, so he kept his distance and didn't make any sudden moves because they could be his last.
The man smiled at the Professor and then his face turned stone cold, "I understand that you are strong but that doesn't mean you can attack and kill my precious army like that." He didn't even turn around to look at the ogre, all he did was move his hand behind himself in the direction of the ogre. His hand started to glow and then a beam of light shot out of it.
Before it could hit the ogre it split into a sheet of light that surrounded the ogre. It wrapped the ogre up like it was an infant and then floated behind the cloaked individual while healing the ogre slowly. The light sheet absorbed all the surrounding energy from the fallen monsters and forced it inside the ogre without destroying it's body with the amount of energy.
The ogre grew in size and it's weight increased as the energy flowed into it. The ogre seemed to be on the brink of exploding before it's body started shrinking. Before the process of evolution could finish the cloaked man opened a portal with his left hand and then sent the ogre through as it's body began to change.
The cloaked man closed the portal and then directed hi attention to Professor Nara who was staring at where the ogre was and tried to guess how something like that didn't kill the ogre. The cloaked man spoke and snapped Professor Nara out of his reverie, "It's a shame honestly, I wanted him to evolve naturally but with all this energy surrounding us I had to take the opportunity to use it and not let the deaths of my monsters go to waste."
Professor Nara looked at the man confused, "You say that as if you created these monsters but that is impossible." Professor Nara thought of all the experiments people in the magical community had done to control or create monsters to fight for them, but nothing seemed to work so they had given up and funding towards this specific subject had been taken away.
The cloaked man chuckled to himself, "Anything is possible, but then again I didn't really create them, but I did if that makes sense. Anyway, enough about my army and more on the fact that you destroyed it." The man looked at the Professor in the eyes. "I don't know how but you have somehow replicated our technology. It's quite an achievement but you refused our invitation so it's impossible for you to know how to make those weapons unless of course someone is helping you or you really are the genius that people say you are."
"That latter seems a bit far fetched as our technology is too advanced for this world and you humans." The lost himself in thought and Professor Nara decided to take advantage of that and started building up his magic to use a powerful spell, "That won't work on me, and I could dodge it easily, so it's best if you don't waste your mana like that."
The Professor stepped back shocked, 'How is he able to tell that I was preparing to cast a spell, unless. Hold on let me think. He said I refused an invitation to join him, but I have never met him unless he is part of that group of powerful mages that don't follow the rules of the Magic Association. If he really is then this is a problem for all mages around the world.'
"You are correct with your deduction of the situation, Professor." Somehow the cloaked man had read the Professor's thoughts and that made the Professor worried and answered his question as to how the cloaked man had known about his spell. "Unfortunately for you, you know too much so I can't leave you here like this. Even though you and the rets of the world could do nothing to us, we like to keep our Organisation unknown.
The cloaked man charged at the Professor drawing a small knife from his cloak in his right hand. The knife was covered in the same poison that the students had ingested. He swung at the Professor's head with the knife to end the fight as quickly as possible. The Professor dodged the blade and some poison dripped onto his clothes. The clothes started to melt as the poison went for his skin. The Professor ripped the sleeve of his shirt off and threw it away from himself to not get poisoned.
"I must say you have some great reflexes unfortunately for you I'm better." The man grinned a devilish grin. As he charged forward he stopped and leapt back as far as he could. A pillar of fire came down where the cloaked man was a second ago. Professor Nara looked up to see a Phoenix descend from the sky covered in flames.
"You too have great reflexes. Why don't we see who is better, I have been waiting for a worthy opponent!" The Phoenix said as it landed on the ground and it's feathers burst into a light blue colour with black flames on the edges of the feathers. The cloaked man leapt back even further as he could tell that the phoenix was dangerous, and he couldn't stand the heat being emitted from the bird.
Professor Nara was fine as he was surrounded by a veil of fire that protected from the heat and the fight that was about to take place. He couldn't leave or see what was happening. "You must be one of the Seven." The Phoenix said to the cloaked man. The man nodded and showed his right had were the number 7 was written in Roman numerals (VII).
"And you are a dangerous opponent that I do not wish to face at the present day, maybe we can fight again another day." The cloaked man said as a portal appeared behind him that he stepped back into. The Phoenix shot a feather through the portal before it closed. The feather hit the man in his right shoulder, before it was lit up in a blaze of black fire. The cloaked man quickly ripped his arm off before the flames spread to the rest of his body. "Stupid bird" he said as he bit his teeth down to not be affected as much by the pain.
He flew away and then disappeared from the Phoenix range of detection. 'Tsk, lucky bastard. I knew I should have gone a level further, but I didn't want to destroy the school, so I'll let it slide.' The Phoenix turned towards the Professor while deactivating the veil protecting and containing him. "We need to have a chat about what just happened."
