Chapter 3 - Taking Actions

After leaving school much later than everyone else had, Christopher began to take a few steps further and further away from his school to make sure that he couldn't be seen by anyone. This was because if his identity was found out and was managed to be traced back to the horrible things which he planned on doing, it would be the end of him.

"Let's see, first I should go off to another city, this place is much too close for comfort. I feel like my own father would find me if I did anything bad here. He is insufferable when it comes to things like this, he's been telling me how badly he wanted me to become a hero. The number one hero in fact. I mean to see his son become a villain instead is disappointing to say the least which is why I have to get away from this place as soon as possible," Christopher thought to himself before using his some sort of magical powers to lift himself off the ground while using his flames as a propulsion and allowing himself to take flight and head off far into the distance.

Christopher's record for the longest amount of time that he had spent while flying in the air was 30 minutes which would barely get him to the city borders. However he knew that going only until that point wasn't an option for him. He knew that whatever he did, he couldn't stop flying unt he had at least made it a few cities away from where his father lived. He couldn't risk some of the strongest heroes hunting him down. Especially in the state he was in currently, Christopher was not even close to being able to defend himself against a hero of any kind, let alone his father.

After flying for some time, Christopher decided to finally allow himself to land at a nearby city which looked to be quite modern and busy. As such, Christopher looked for a tall building to which he landed on and decided to take a break so that he could recover his energy and prepare to actually do what he had gone to the city to do.

"To be honest, now that I think about it, this is a really stupid plan. I mean what do I even plan to do after? I'll be labelled a criminal with no place to stay or anything. Even if I try to go back to my father, he'll know that something is off since the incident would have taken place at around the same time that I disappeared," said Christopher as he began to rethink to himself as he didn't know if his plan was worth the risk. He didn't want to lose everything he had but there was something else on the other side for him.

"On the other hand, it's already too late for me to turn back. I've already taken up so much time to fly over her ex bye journey back will be horrible. I'll need to rest for at least a whole week before I can go back. If I attempt to go back with the energy I have remaining, I estimate that I'll simply pass out from exhaustion. Well I guess this is the end of it. I might as well go ahead with it. I can regret my decisions later on," said Christopher as he approached near the end of the building he was resting on before activating his powers to create a sort of full body armour around his body before leaping off the building and on his own two feet.

"Okay, at least that went well. Now, I just need to find a place to attack," said Christopher as he saw a nearby bank and decided to make that his next target.

"How interesting. I mean banks are literally the most dangerous place to rob as not only is it protected by the hero association but also the government which backs it with its full military force. For most cases like this, they'll send a group or two of emergency army troops which would be more than enough to take me down and that doesn't include the notice which would be provided to the heroes in the nearby area. Nevertheless, this is my only option left, I might as well go down like a true villain," said Christopher to himself as he believed a simple act of robbery would be able to get him labelled a true villain. How naive. It would not be much longer until Christopher would learn what it truly meant to be a villain. Something which invokes fear into the hearts of anyone who even hears their name. The true identity of evil. The only reasonable reaction that it would cause is utter fear, that is what it meant to be a villain.

Not some student who believes that stealing a couple dollar bills from a bank would make him the most evil person to ever set foot on the planet. Even so, Christopher went inside the bank in his full layer of fire so that his identity would not be revealed.

"Everyone get on the ground!" said Christopher in the most evil tone he could muster up but everyone seemed too shocked to even move for a second. Not because of what Christopher had said but because of who was standing behind him.

"Huh? Who are you? Are you a newcomer to the business? Leave right now, this isn't a place for the likes of weaklings like you," said a man in a suit with black and blond hair as he pushed Christopher to the side in a gentle manner which still managed to seem rather harsh.

"Now, everyone gets on the ground. If I see a single head lifted up to even look at us, we'll be blasting your heads off your bodies," said the main in the suit as he warned everyone in the bank while his comrades stood behind him with 2 of them them holding firearms and the others looking dressed formally as if all they needed as their bare hands.

"Didn't I say to put your head down? Do you have a death wish?!" said the man who stood in the front as he saw that Christopher didn't put his head down like he was ordered.
