Mira felt so glad, her plans were beginning to unfold. Soon she would ruling Adrielle and no one would be able to oppose not even Alina.
A smirk appeared on her face as he thought of all the power she would possess when she becomes Queen.
Myriads of thought raced through her mind as she thought of all she was going to do.
' First of all, I will marry that witch off to her stupid cousin's Son,then probably make a move on killing Colan' she thought.
She smiled at the thought, she had agreed on marrying Colan because of her plans all along,it had always been her intention to rule over Adrielle since she was young.
She wasn't from a royal background although her family was well respected,she had always thought she deserved something better.
Mira walked elegantly through the palace garden,wearing a smile on her face as she thought of how well her plans were becoming.
' when I become the queen, I will destroy this garden and create mine or instead I will destroy everything and rebuild them to my tastes' She thought wearing a wicked smile on her face.
"This is an ancient place after all….it won't do anyone harm if I have to build a new palace to my taste" She said.
Then a thought crossed her mind,she wouldn't only renovate this place. She could also build a great statue of herself.

'That's exactly What I am going to do, so everyone would rememberthe great Queen who fought to rule and make Adrielle a better…..'
"My Queen" Someone had interrupted her from her victorious thoughts.
She glared as she recognized who it was that had interrupted her thoughts.
'This Dog again' she thought as she turned to face the man who had interruptedher thoughts.
" Duran" She said turning to face him.
"How I have missed you" Duran replied smiling.
"Have you?" she asked.
" Yeah,I have missed the old cunning days" Duran replied.
When they were young, Duran and Mira had never seen eye to eye . They spent their childhood deceiving and planning vile things against themselves.
Duran was surprised when one day a letter was sent to him from Mira.
"I hope you're already a changed person now?" he asked.
" You of all people should know that A leopard never changes it's spots?" She replied.
Duran Nodded.
He had expected this to be her reply.
Then he remembered why he had come over to see her.
" So concerning the wedding preparations, don't you think it should start earlier?" he said smiling
"Duran"
Mira's smile turned to a frown.
'who does he think he is, to tell me what to do'
" You're in no position to tell me what to do, even if I had persuaded Colan to allow Alina get married to your gullible son doesn't mean we are on the same level." She said satisfied that she had made her point clear.
" Besides I am the king's wife and you are just a lowly noble who can be thrown into the dungeon with just a click of my fingers" she continued.
Mira could sense how annoyed Duran was and felt glad, she had always loved to make some certain set of people annoyed or sad while she was younger and Duran was among those people.
'He is right about the preparations having to start early though but most times some have to know their place.'
" I'm sorry my Queen" Duran said bowing.
Mira had known Duran for a long time and she knew that Duran's apology wasn't true ,she knew he was up to something but was sure what exactly.
" I will think over what you have just said but you should know I ain't your cousin of the past anymore but the king's wife and you should address my like my lowers" She said.
" Is that taken?"
" Yes my queen"
Mira smiled then walked off, she could feel Duran staring daggers at her as she walked.
She Kept walking without looking back and realized she had to be more careful now,knowing who Duran was but she knew somehow Duran wouldn't fo anything to her.
