Xzaviar directed all his strength and energy into his twisted and pointy horns, he held his power there waiting for the perfect moment to shoot a fire ball. He stared at Inshals almost dead body, he could see that she is still alive by her faint breathing but from a distance anyone could mistake her for being dead. "Just drag it to the lab!" the captain yelled out, and the soldiers dragged her lifeless body up a hill. The elf soldiers then tugged as hard as they could to get Xzaviar to move but he dug his feet into the ground and refused to budge. They brought that electric stick and stabbed his with it, it hurt but the pain soon faids for him so he didn't mind but yet for a few seconds his strength is weekend so they managed to get him to move.
He didn't fight back on the way, Inshal clearly needs his help and Marlo would have him killed if he doesn't return without her. They took him to a large building, the left part of it. Soldiers armed with guns, bows and equipment to enhance their magic attacks, we're stationed everywhere. "Found more?" a soldier asked the one who was dragging him.
"Yep a hybrid by the looks of it" he answered pointing at Inshals half dead body that was surrounded by chains and a muzzle.
"Wow didn't know they existed" the soldier at the large door stared at her, "has some soft feathers" he commented.
"We need to put them with the others" the soldier then tugged on Xzaviars chain and they were both dragged in.
They were taken to a large cell that is so dark he could barly make put who is who, with many places to tie up chains to a wall. Inshal was chained next to Xzaviar, they were in a line and Xzaviar saw all of the missing demons that disappeared about a month ago. His soldiers, Darkins and Clorshes soldiers, every single missing soldier was here the hole time. Xzaviar saw the demons under his conand have a look of hope that faded when they realised that he to is now locked up and for the elfs to do what any experiment they want. Xzaviar doesn't loose his will that easily, he will fight, he will escape and he will free the demons that call themselves a true Dohan demon. Marlo has ruled the Dohan kingdom ever since he made the very thrown countless of demons had died because they tried to take the throne or concer it to combined another kingdom.
"General" one of his soldiers greeted, he didn't sound as confident or as willing to kill his enemies with no mercy, no. He now sounded exhausted, broken willed and just given up on life. "Soldier" Xzaviar greeted making sure that the gards could hear the conference and bloodlust in his tone.
"Don't bother" his soldier gritted his teeth, holding back tears, "there's no escaping, no hope that Marlo would brake us out".
"They now have his queen" Xzaviar pointed his eye sight to Inshal.
"Yeah his queen is dead" the soldier had droopy eyes as he looked at Isnhals half dead body.
"No she is alive... barely" Xzaviar bit the rubbery skin like scales that he calls his lip.
"Look Marlo will come, try at least" Xzaviar sighed, "what happened to you? you were my best soldier, unable to brake" Xzaviar spat towards the gards.
"You'll see" his voice now sounds strained, he lowered his head and rested his chin on the many chains that wrapped around his twisted and now mangled body. "The chains are the only comfort here" he sighed and went to sleep.
"Get up!" Xzaviar ordered, "I will not let my soldiers give up!" he began to tug on the chains.
"Take him already" the soldier begged the gard.
"What was that!?" Xzaviar snarled the way a true demons does and he saw the fearfully respect return to his eyes. "Now all of you tug the chaind!" he ordered, "the wall is concrete! it can't last too much!" he began to show them what to do.
"Wouldn't that finish of the queen?... that is obviously dead" his soldier asked, looking down at Inshal, "wait that's a hybrid?! who is she?" the soldier had a new look of shock.
"She's Darkins daughter" every demon was told when the arora of the earth changed when she first went on the earth, it told everyone that a hybrid existed. Darkin immediately confessed that he slept with an angel. He surrendered to Marlo but no-one knows if it's their friendship that lasted since Darkin became a soldier or that Darkin is his right hand and best adviser that stopped Marlo from executed him. "What now you tell me!" one of Darkins soldiers called out, "I was secretly insulting her blood!" he confessed.
"So not only are insulting Darkin and his kin your general, but you are insulting the kin of your queen and Marlos wife, I wonder how they will feel about this" Xzaviar frowned.
"No no, I didn't mean it I swear" he lowered his gaze in an obvious panic.
"I let this go, only because now is not the time but at least you still know who is in command" Xzaviar gave a disappointed look at his own soldie. Who just tried to get him tortured, or what ever these elfs did to brake all of these soldiers.
"We tried to brake the wall" his soldier informed, but this time he had a respectful tone. "It didn't work and they now reinforced the wall" he sighed leaning back.
"Give me a minute or two" Xzaviar hushed any future disturbance that could be caused, "I will think of something".
"Good luck" his soldier wished and he went back to sleep.
Xzaviar spent hours thinking, any plan he had was debunked, they already tried everything. Inshal began to breath a little more steadily now and she twitched her ears every other minute. "She is reviving" his soldier observed, "she might as well die to save herself".
"What is so horrible that you think this way now?" Xzaviar asked, feeling a little worried.
"Like I said, you'll find out soon" his soldier yawned. He spent a few more hours stuck in chains, he hated it and it made him feel so weak and humiliated. "You" the captain from before pointed at him, "make any trouble and I'll make you regret it" she threatened.
"You got the wrong guy then" Xzaviar growled, "touch me and you will reagent you even met me".
"Oh how sweet, another demon who thinks he can face me" she was finding with a set of keys, "let's see what kind of 'demon power' you have" she mocked.
"I don't need it" Xzaviar dashed towards her but stopped before the chains can swing him back, "not for a weed like you".
"Ok" she didn't sound bothered in any way, she just unlocked chains and whipped him until he moved. Xzaviar tolerated it for now, he just wants to know what she did to his soldiers that they are now giving up and low spirited. AND THEY ARE DEMONS!. "So you look different, I wonder what you can take" she sounded phycotic, as if this is just a hobby for her.
"I find joy in bathing in laver, I use acid as mouth wash, toxins are just a snack for me, so I wonder what you have done to my soldiers?" Xzaviar challenged and a look of approval formed on her face.
"Tye him down!" she ordered her soldiers, "make sure he can't move or scream!". Xzaviar refused to move, he knows that they are not strong enough to push him. They stabbed him with the stick, they didn't shock him right away but twisted it into his flesh. Xzaviar stomped his leg as they dug into him, the worst shock went through his body and they were able to drag him as he screamed in pain. They removed the chains but kept multiple electric sticks at him, threatening to shock him if he moves out of line. They put thick, sturdy and rubber handcuffs on him and tied him up tight. "So what is your plan? to shock me until I brake? good luck with that, it hurts but I can handle it" Xzaviar hissed.
"Oh you are all the same" she rolled her eyes, "threats, a few injured men then you brake, one way or another" she had a grin that filled Xzaviar with rage.
"Get the dry ice!" she called out in a bored tone.
"The what!" Xzaviar snapped and he flapped hid wings, he tugged on the chains but he couldn't even lift of the ground. A giant cube of dry ice was brought out with pliers and they smashed it onto his stomach. With a combination of being wacked with a giant brick of ice and the cold causing instant cold sores, Xzaviar had to hold back tears. "So we found your main weakness" she laughed, "I might as well tell you my name then, Alava".
