I opened my eyes surprised I wasn't dead, as I sat up I realized I wasn't in my own home anymore. I was instead in a beautiful field, it had tress here and there, and the weather was perfect. "Hello mortal!" Called out a voice from behind me.
I quickly got up and turned to face the voice, instead I only saw a pure black lamb, and a jet black lion. "Who said that?" I called out confused.
"I'm right here! Every dang time!" Yelled the lamb. I took a few steps back utterly dumbfounded. "Now, now Lamb it is normal. The mortals are not used to seeing talking lambs and lions." Said the lion.
"Yah sure whatever, anyways mortal! We're the gods of good and evil, or if it's easier the gods of the universes. And right now we're bored as heck, so we're gonna reincarnate your with your memory's and all that." The lamb said trotting up to me.
"But if you fail to impress us, we will send you immediately to the afterlife." The lion said also walking up.
"I will, I will don't worry. If I can impress you may I see my sister?" I asked, I wanted to at least tell her what had happened to me. It would be better, then she could live in at least some comfort. And so would I. "Better yet we'll send her with you, Lion get truck-king ready!" The lamb exclaimed with an almost evil smile on his face.
"Okay so there's no way that the lamb is the god of all things good right?" I asked staring at the lamb.
The lion laughed heartily and said "no, although I can see why you would have originally thought that the Lamb was the god of all things good. But in reality that title belongs to me, the lion."
I nodded and said "please only send her when she's died from natural reasons."
The lion nodded and the lamb did as well although reluctantly. "Alright then child, off you go." The lion said keeping his mouth open. The lamb did the same thing, and in their mouths orbs grew the lion had a orb made of pure light, and the lambs was made of shadows. As the orbs filled their mouths fully two long streams of shadows and light shot out of the light into me. I felt like I would be blown back and completely destroyed so I closed my eyes as tightly as I could.
But instead of being destroyed when I opened my eyes, I saw a woman holding me. She had jet black hair and blood red eyes, out of her head grew two horns of the same color as her hair, and her ears were painted like an elves.
She smiled down at me and said "hello my darling boy, Alexander what shall we call him?"
Another voice from my right said "we will call the boy Sage."
"A fine name, for a kings son." The woman who I guessed must be mother said. Suddenly I was moved upwards and moved into someone else's hands. This must be the man named Alexander I though to myself staring at the man. He had long Dark green hair, and light green eyes. His chin was stubbled, and His ears were like my new mothers but he had two earring hanging from them.
He looked down softly at me and said "hello Sage, I am your father. And king of all demons, just as you will be someday."
As he said this the unthinkable happened, I couldn't control my own body and began giggling like an actual baby. This is going to be some very embarrassing first few years.
