Chapter 3 - I'm not your regular dog, mosquito

The whole process of unpacking in their hotel to driving to their performance center brushed by so fast and so did Anderson's mood, he slightly felt better or he think the right word he could used was distracted, the officials of the arena gave them a little sightseeing around the city which was kind of impressive.

He found America so much more different from the United Kingdom than he thought he will, Americans were so much more free and had a thing for coffees so much it felt like everyone was a low key addict, but what he loved more than anything about touring in America was their weed, it was so good, he was glad that they all relocated here for a while even though they were other high profile reasons he and his bands came to America.

Staring at the lights surrounding his room as they were so bright, squinting his eye's he looked to the door that was opened a bit, he growled a little to whoever it was but it turned out to be their publicist Assistant who was soon to take Barbara's place since she was about to get hitched with Willy.

"Weren't you told to knock kid?," Anderson asked him as he trembled a bit.

"I'm sorry Sir, I didn't mean to…" The kid said apologizing when he got interrupted by Anderson.

"Name?," Anderson asked cutting him off.

"Huh?" he asked confused as Anderson dropped his head in his hand and looked up to the kid as he started trembling at Anderson's intimidating look.

"I said, YOUR NAME KID," Anderson pointed out.

"Ohh, it's Dwayne," Dwayne said without haste. He should have known that a job that comes with that good of pay and so much allowance for cloth, food, vacations, and travel will come with a horrible side but he was desperate hence why he took it.

"What do you want Dwayne?," Anderson asked the short brightly colored haired kid who they just employed.

"Uhm, Miss Barbara asked me to remind you to take a picture and upload it on your Instagram for your last performance, and also the opening act has started, so you will be up in 10," Dwayne said rushing his words so he could leave his presence quick, just the way the man with green eyes and rock hard looking jawline looked at him made his skin crawl, he had to keep reminding himself that the pay in a year will clear his student loan and have enough to afford a good vacation. Before he completely closed the door, dread creeped and got a firm hold on him.

"Kid," Anderson called out to the boy before he left the room completely.

"Yes sir," Dwayne replied, turning around to face Anderson, his feet had already gone cold and his hands were already sweaty, no one told him Mr. Anderson was going to be this intimidating.

"Do I scare you?," Anderson asked him. Who was he kidding, the kid was all white in fear and he looked nervous as hell and clearly wanted to leave his presence.

"Uhm....no.." Dwayne said, swallowing slowly, looking at Anderson as he stood up towering over him.

"Are you lying?" Anderson said, coming closer to him, intentionally letting his features over his body overshadow him, casting a large shadow. The door opened wildly seeing Darla coming through and resting her frame on the door.

"Anderson, what are you doing?," Darla asked, taking in the whole drama in front of her, as usual, it looked like Anderson was bullying the new guy and the boy really looked terrified as hell and Anderson was enjoying himself so much.

"Dwayne, please, you can leave, don't mind him," Darla said. He didn't have to wait to hear it again, he left the room in a flash.

"Really?" Darla said staring at him in disapproval.

"What??!!" Anderson asked innocently.

"Bullying, really?," Darla asked disappointed.

"It's not like I was beating him up or something," Anderson said without remorse as he walked out of the room, Darla followed him closely, heading towards the backstage.

"Why do I have to be the one sucking up to the media and posting pictures and shit?Anderson complained even though he lowkey knew the answer he would get in return, that he was the leader of the group and so on, he let the sound engineer fix in their earplugs and little speakers at the back, he couldn't just wait to perform this song without shedding any tears.

"Because Anderson, you are….," Darla started but got caught off by Anderson because she already knew what she would say.

"The face of the band and the leader and bla bla bla, honestly it's kind of tiring," Anderson's deep voice echoed in his own ear as his earplugs got turned on.

"Calling on stage, the Hallows!!," the guest performing artists called them up.

After the whole performance, Anderson called up William on stage and had him announce the news of him leaving the group which caused quite a stir in the crowd, but at the end, They performed his favorite song and the tour finally came to an end.

Not wasting any more time because of William's wedding tomorrow, they left the arena for the hotel room. He was so distracted with his performance and uncensored mood swing which was clearly caused by the sadness he felt after every tour, he didn't notice the heat sensation on his chest.

He put on his brown combat boot and black hoodie over his jeans and headed out, if the glow was till dull it meant the vampire from Xerses bloodline was close, he rushed past Jeremy who was just coming out of the elevator he entered but he did wait another second for chit chat, the elevator crawled to the bottom and now he wished he took the stairs, he would have been able to fly to the bottom without haste.

Coming out of the hotel, he looked at the mini globelet hanging on his chest, it had gotten a little brighter which meant he was closing in on the vampire, he looked side to see a young man around twenty-three years of age and he pointed the globe towards him and it glowed brighter and followed him carefully behind till he turned down a dark alley, and he followed him closely behind before the man suddenly stopped.

"I know you are following me and if you think you are being discrete then you must be a very bad amateur," the guy said with a french accent.

"I wasn't being discreet," Anderson said, facing him boldly.

"I was basically just following till the coast was clear," Anderson said, smiling at him darkly, it seemed like he didn't know who was in danger here.

"Walk away now you got the chance, I'm not in the mood to feed, I will basically kill you," the Vampire said as his black veins started to pop up around his eyes.

"Well same, I'm actually in the mood to kill without mercy you over sized mosquito," Anderson said as his yellow eyes glowed in the dark, that was when it occurred to Owen that he was in deep shit, from his eye glow, he was definitely not a regular werewolf, definitely a high grade.

"Please, I didn't kill any werewolf or anyone since I arrived here and I'm not in your territory," Owen started dropping his bag and moving back but all he felt behind him was a brick wall, he didn't even bother to try and jump it, the werewolf in front of him would jump him faster than he would take his last breath.

"But your bloodline did kid,"

"Isn't it funny," Anderson chuckled dryly as he inched forward to him.

"You branched into this alley to trap whoever was following you but you ended up trapping yourself," Anderson said as he kept walking slowly towards him like a predator over a prey.

"I didn't smell you coming," Owen said, trembling.

"I'm not your regular dog, mosquito"

Anderson's last word to the vampire before he attempted to jump the wall but Anderson caught his legs and flinged him to the side wall, a huge thud sound rang through the alley as his body collided with the wall, before he had the pleasure to stand up Anderson was already standing over him, watching him crawl backwards in desperation, the fear in his eyes and his rapid breathe gave ignited something in Anderson, a sadistic side he knew nothing of as he slowly let it take over him.

All he saw was black for a second before opening up his eyes, he looked back at the body he had casted to the ground but they were torn apart with the head dashed. He stood in shock for a minute before he packed the body parts and disposed them off into the trash before exiting the Alley. His phone started vibrating as he started walking to the hotel, he saw it was Willy calling before he picked the call.

"Where the hell are you, you were supposed to dress up and bring your suitcase down so we can check out and leave, the wedding is tomorrow for God Sake," William yelled over the phone, sounding stressed.

"I'm on my way Just chill the fuck out alright," Anderson said ending the call. He headed back to the hotel and took the stairs up to his room but he still ended up meeting Darla in the hallway.

"Is that bloodstain on your hoodie?" Darla asked, staring at him dead in the eye...
