"Again" I whispered to myself.
"Wait did he just say prince, so that means he is a prince".
"Fancy meeting you here brother" Chris said. I widened my eyes with shock. "Yeah u know why am here, you know her smell alone can bring men like us half way across the world" Chris bro said. "Yes I know" Chris said. I felt a bit of tension between the two men. "Hmmmm when you guys are done playing your greetings am still in this wierd grass thingy" I blurted. Then Chris threw an arrow at me without even looking at my direction I thought it would hit me but instead it hit the grass and cut through it.
I almost fell wen I felt something grassy break my fall." Then without futhfur ado let's bring her to mother" the stranger said. But then Chris stopped him. "Let her go " Chris said. Then his bro looked at him with a smile. "You know you will be punished if u get in my way" the stranger said. "I don't care let her go". Chris said more forcefully. Then stranger just moved ahead without minding his words and I felt the grass moving me. "Am warning you Johan" he said. "So that's his name" I muttered to myself.
Johan didn't listen and still went on further away. Then I felt something like a strong wind blowing and wen I could clearly see again I looked for Chris and finally saw him in front of Johan with a dagger in his hand.
"This is your last warning" Chris said. Then the grass that carried me fell ND I felt confused. "She's fyn for now but you know your in trouble" Johan said. "Oh well am good at handling it anyway" Chris said with a proud look . Then Johan just chuckled and disappeared. I was so shocked at the things I just saw happened
I walked with Chris silently still trying to understand what I just saw when he broke the akward silence.
"I know you have questions don't worry I'll answer them truthfully" Chris said. "Okay, first question, how did he grass move on its own". I said "my brother can control earth" he said. "How" I blurted "he has magic so do I " he said. I was star struck. " So you are a prince" I said while looking at him with a question in gaze. "Yes, am sorry for not telling you in the first place". "I am Christian Joey veist of Bentrish". He said.
We walked silently until I neared the palace walls. "Well I have to go now" I said feeling akwardly sad and shy. "Okay take care princess" he said and kiss my knuckles. "Don't worry we will still see each other soon I promise" he said. "Really" I said like a child."Of course"he said.
When I turned to leave I saw my mom and dad standing right behind me and I was shocked and completely scared, but then I saw fear in my parents eyes when they saw Chris. "Take Elena inside now" he commanded. My mom took me inside but I was worried about Chris. He gave me a knowing smile and nodded so I left hesistantly.
