"I really don't know what kind of superhero I am." Xin Said.
"Let's start from the beginning. When did you find out that you had powers?" Uncle wen asked.
"That's undoubtedly yesterday night." Xin Answered.
"Yesterday night?" Johnny exclaimed
"So, what are the signs or how did you know that you had powers yesterday." Uncle wen said and Xin tried to figure it out. He recalled himself passing out because the soldier fly entered his ear.
"My ear." Xin said as he came up with something. "The soldier fly! It was the soldier fly. I have the powers of a soldier fly." Xin Said while Johnny and Uncle wen were puzzled.
"A what?" Johnny asked, unsure of what he had just heard.
"Wait, wait." Uncle wen said, "You mean you have the powers of a soldier fly?"
"Yes, I just thought of it now. I can climb walls without falling, I can run very fast..." Xin said but Johnny interrupted him.
"Can you also fly?" Johnny asked. The excitements were all written on his face. And Xin was getting thrilled by his anxiousness, but he had the bad news for him.
"Actually, I don't know." Xin Answered and Johnny's mood dampened a little.
"You can try that out later, but first, what are the other powers you have Xin ?" Uncle wen asked but Xin basically didn't know.
Johnny was eager to see if Xin could fly so he dragged Xin towards the balcony. "Let's go try your flying powers." Johnny said.
"His powers are unique and dangerous." Uncle wen said to himself as he searched for some books in the library.
Johnny and Xin were at the balcony, they were both putting on their superhero suit and Xin was getting ready to jump down from the seventeenth floor. He had a parachute tied around his waist in case he didn't fly.
"You can do it buddy. You are the bravest superhero I've ever seen." Johnny cheered him on.
"Okay, so here I go." Xin said as he was about to jump but stopped midway. "I can't do this, I really can't do this."
"Yes you can, you can do it. Bring out those wings for me." Johnny said.
With one mind, Xin jumped down the balcony. He expected his wings to come out but to his disappointment, there wasn't such a thing. That was when the system notified him.
< Danger! Danger!! User is approaching the ground with a very great fall >
"Xin! The parachute, quick!!" Johnny shouted.
"I know that already!" Xin was trying all his best to loosen the parachute but the adrenaline rush was too much for him to focus well, thereby causing his hands to tremble.
< Ten seconds to death >
< A student Superhero is approaching >
Immediately, some superhero in a yellow superhero suit and with colourless wings caught him and prevented him from falling.
When Xin turned to look at the person, he was wondering who the student superhero was, and it happened to be the lady that helped him at the phone company. Roselle.
Xin was speechless and surprised but after coming to his senses, he decided to talk but they are already at the balcony of uncle wen.
"Hi." Xin said but she already flew off.
"What the hell is the girl doing here again." Johnny said with a frown on his face.
"Do you know her?" Xin asked.
"Yeah, she always get in my way anytime I go after bandits. I don't like her." Johnny said.
"But she just saved me." Xin said.
"Don't let that deceive you. She's working at a phone company and I heard that she sleeps there every night.
No one knows where she's from, neither do they know her family. Do you know that she talks with alien at night? One day, we had a fight and some aliens that are short like dwarfs came to rescue her." Johnny said, trembling with fear.
"Aliens! Do aliens exists?" Xin asked.
"Nevermind. Just don't have any relationship with her. She's a Psycho." Johnny said as he started sniffing Xin's Superhero suit.
"What are you doing. Stop it." Xin Said.
"Calm down, I'm midway sniffing out for any Alienic parasite she might have put on you. It'll just take some seconds." Johnny said as he kept on sniffing Xin's cloth.
"Shit, Johnny." Xin said, feeling uneasy with Johnny's action.
"You're clean." Johnny said as he stood upright. He looked below the balcony. "Man, that was just gonna be a very high fall from here."
"Yeah, I'm still alive." Xin said thankfully "I guess I can't fly."
"You're so lucky, boy." Johnny said with a smile.
"I'm Xin Luck. Always lucky." Xin said and they both burst into laughter.
"It's getting late buddy. We could just have a quick swordsmanship game and leave for home." Johnny advised.
"Do we still need to take the exam? I mean, with our superpowers, we could just register as a student Superhero." Xin replied.
"For fun sake, uncle wen said it would be best if we take the exams and after we become student army, with our superpowers, we could rise up to be the top student. And after having fun, we can go over to the superhero building and lie that we just knew we have superpowers." Johnny explained. "It is as simple as it seems."
"That's really a good idea." Xin said as his eyes lit up with gladness. The Strong pretending to be weak was his favourite thing. "Hehe."
Johnny went inside and Xin also followed after him. But, before he left, he saw a letter with the name, Roselle written on it. "Did she send me a letter?" Xin wondered but he decided to keep it for later.
When Johnny and Xin went inside, they could see that uncle wen is really busy. He was looking through some books and his attention were on what he was doing.
To not disturb him, they went towards a room that Uncle wen called his training room. Inside the room were a lot of fighting tools and equipments and also some machines like VR capsules and so on.
Johnny and Xin would be playing the swordsmanship game in the VR capsule.
